How much is Penta dividend? Why can fetch RM 1.30? If I place FD I can get at least 4 sen.

NTA RM 2.17 so cheap to buy now. Every time Trop announce asset disposal they make gain and reduce bank borrowings.

Now Danny own above 70% just need less than 20% to privatise.

Why escape if suffer loss? Only hng33 dare to admit he use margin. How about other investors? How a share can drop if the buyers not using margin or use cash? Cash buyers will do nothing and try to earn dividend. In Parkson is share dividend.

Company continuing buy back shares is not proper way ,large investors take opportunity escape their shares.

Anyone ask your remiser how to sell CIMB Niaga shares. Need to open foreign account? How much charges if trade(sell)? Can opt for all cash if own more than 639 CIMB shares?

Vin Cullen the dividend is extra not reduced and will be paid in July if read Sun news. Half yearly dividend(Sep and Mar) is still ongoing.

In current property market I think Tropicana better sell more of their assets(NTA > RM2) to make profit and reduce gearings. Profit made is higher than selling houses.

Dear AmFirst comrades vacant Prima 9 remain a sore if not mistaken above 1 year already. Why so difficult to find buyer? Is the selling price too high; can lower it? Or can ask Prima 10 tenants shift to Prima 9 and sell Prima 10 instead like what they did on AGLC? Any healthy discussion is most welcome.

i3 dividend data show BAT dividend is lowest in 3 years. When something is low has room to increase because usual is 68-78 sen.

I just checked Dutch Lady dividend. Yearly twice of RM 1.10 each so total RM 2.20 a year like BAT 1 qtr 55sen but 4 times a year. Why share price RM 8 more?
