If use last 4 qtr result Xinghe total 2015 EPS is 3.4 sen assuming 4th qtr 2015 yield EPS 0.42 sen same as 4th qtr 2014. If there is growth in profit like 3rd qtr 2015 Xinghe EPS even higher. If conservatively use EPS 3.4 sen as guide 15% dividend policy meaning this year Xinghe dividend is 0.51 sen or DY 7.85%(> 2times FD rate) buying at 6.5 sen.

Anyone know why AmFirst Reit doesn't do so especially on their vacant office building eg Prima 9? This is what Tower Reit or Atrium doing. Do we need to inform them? Are they finding any buyers?

Now Danny Tan own over 1 billion Tropicana shares. Next month he will receive over RM 50 million cash from dividend. Can someone volunteer how much money he will need to fork out if he privatise Trop at say RM 1.10 or RM 1.20?

Dividend for both Xinghe and RGB is similar 0.2 sen this year.

If use ROE Xinghe 13.09% is higher than RGB 11.36%.
