Why I am so confident what I am doing is right ?

1. The power plant is real
It had started contributing income to the company
From today onwards you will never see Jaks reporting a negative income any more .
Based on the calculation done by DK , the fair value is RM1.50, derived after the conversion of all the warrants plus a 30M per year for domestic business loss for a period of 5 years
so it is a right decision for me to do nothing but enjoy my days talking to my good friends here for 2 years and expected to make a return of not less than 300%

2. The company is moving in the right direction . The future expansion into solar , hydro and LNG energy is timely and a right investment choice.. This will contribute another consistent income and further strengthening of the strong recurring income of the company. more important it is a very strong catalyst for the rerating of the current ESG score

3. based on the management guidance , disposal or discontinuation of the loss making domestic business is ongoing. any good news , anytime from now or after the lock down recovery will serve as a strong catalyst to push the shares price sky high


4. Is fund raising no good ?

it depends whether it is value accretive or value destructive . if your biased common sense is true , the IPO is the biggest value destructive and we have no good share to buy .


5. IS COMMON SENSE A TRUE KNOWLEDGE ?

In light of this, JAKS is not exposed to the risk on the global coal price fluctuations,” he said.



Aren't these not good enough reasons to boost my confident . And this confidence is not built on sand but supported by valid facts.

what should we do to win the game ?

Do nothing

in another word , do not sell your stock cheap to the short sellers

then the short seller got to pay a higher price to buy from you to cover their net short position

why ?

the power plant has started generating cash for the company ,

based on the peer comparative valuation it is about RM 190M per year

power plant is a recession proof and covid proof business

whether there is lock down or no lock down , people still need energy to live

why the short seller had stopped selling these few days ?

they know the coming quarter result at the end of the month will bring us good news

the good quarter result will confirm what I said is true

though not 100% but certainly a good reasonable degree

to win the game

we must have the strength to live longer than the short sellers

we must also have the wisdom to fight the wild guessing , weak generalization told by the fearmongers

what is the advantage of the strategy " buy and forget " ?

1. if you buy and forget , the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is to find a friend in the forum to talk .

2. daily price fluctuation will not spoil your days of happy living

3. everyday you are living with a beautiful dream of the good days that will come with a big gain of not less than 200% 2 years later .if you are lucky ,your dream of the beautiful days may come true less than 2 years , may be half a year, who know?

1. every morning when he wakes up from sleep , the first thing he does is to look at the price ,
whether it is up or down . up 1 cent today down 2 cent tomorrow is not uncommon in the market nowadays . under such stressful condition , how can he know the taste of his cup of coffee

2. he like to guess and unfortunately every time he guess , almost every time he is wrong .

he guess when he can not make money in Jaks , no other man can make
what sort of mentality is this ? I called it poor man mentality.

For your information, i believe most of the member in our group who bought jaks before RI did not lose money because the right issue is only 22 cent plus free warrant . it is 8:5 + 4 free, i believe most of the members like me must have sold all the warrant and keep the mother share when the warrant was traded above 50 cent. we made a loud call to protect our profit in the group during the time . if there is still a paper loss for some of them , then it must be a negligible amount .
