i can wait for 2 years doesn't mean all my good friend here are not anxious to see the gain

Buy a good stock cheap and keep for 2 years

Investment success = Great company + patience

Why I am so confident what I am doing is right ?

1. The power plant is real
It had started contributing income to the company
From today onwards you will never see Jaks reporting a negative income any more .
Based on the calculation done by DK , the fair value is RM1.50, derived after the conversion of all the warrants plus a 30M per year for domestic business loss for a period of 5 years

2. The company is moving in the right . The future expansion into solar , hydro and LNG energy is timely and a right investment choice.. This will contribute another consistent income and further strengthening of the strong recurring income of the company. more important a very strong rerating of the current ESG score

3. based on the management guidance , disposal or discontinuation of the loss making domestic business is ongoing. any good news , anytime from now or after the lock down recovery will serve as a strong catalyst to push the shares price sky high


4. Is fund raising no good ?

it depends whether it is value accretive or value destructive . if your biased common sense is true , the IPO is the biggest value destructive and we have no good share to buy .

Aren't these not good enough reasons to boost my confident . And this confidence is not built on sand but supported by valid reasons.

shares trading is a game of confidence
but when the confidence must be derived from facts and data
then success is just a matter of time
so waiting is the only strategy

I have no surprise your valuation is different from Dk . The result or the validity of a valuation is as good as the assumptions made . A small difference in the assumption will result in a big difference in a 25 years calculation . Dk is an qualified accountant and also a very hard working and honest person who has an in depth studies of the power plant . He shared his research in i3 public forum and had passed the strict public scrutiny. There is no question or doubt which is not answered satisfactory and reasonably with fact and data by him . So it is unfair to say only single view is allowed and only requirement is believing .

Then why the share price can not perform ?
Because Dk is not a good snake oil sifu like OTB who is only good to steal all the fact and data from Dk and claimed that it is his own miss universe. KYY is even worse, steal the second hand knowledge from OTB and claimed that was his golden rules .

they do have a clear investment philosophy and a rational investment strategy .

we do not see any short selling yesterday and also day before

it is the retailers who sell down the price for a quick gain or cut loss

since the retailer had chosen to take quick gain

so the only way to get a break out is company good news in the coming 2 months

why the retailers are the losers most of the times ?

because most of time they act on gut feeling more than logical and reasonable reasoning

if they were able to hold for a few more days , then I believe they do not have to cut loss

they can cut win at 0.5 and above

the short seller were buying back 417800 shares ,

but the price went down!

again it was the retailers who were hoping to make a peanut gain cut loss

what happened on 18/10/2021 ?

the short sellers were selling 460K share ,

but the price went up from 0.48 to 0.495

it is the confidence of the retailers that pushed the price up

you can see it yourself

if you do not sell , then the short sellers will push the price crosses 0.50 next week

if the psychological level of 0.5 is broken , then more buyers will rush in to push the price higher

if we can work in the same direction , then it is not difficult to exit at 0.6 and above


you have a choice

but you choose not to believe you can sell at your exit tp of 0.6 and more

a peanut gain can not buy you good food forever

a big gain at the target price you had wanted will make you live well thereafter

if you behave like a beggar , you can not be a rich man

what is the difference between a rich man and a poor man ?

You must understand , short seller is not only sell , they are also buying to reduce their holding.
Their disadvantage is that they have a net selling position that they must buy back to cover . Our disadvantage or retailers disadvantage is that we are not organised , we are moving separately as a small individual . It is difficult for us to defeat the short seller if we do not have a common goal. If we have a common goal to win big not just a peanut , then we can control the stock price. The short seller must buy back to cover their short positive but we can wait and do nothing. Then the short sellers have no choice but to pay a higher price to buy from us . When the price breaks all the resistances, then the market sentiment is aroused ,more and more buyers will rush in to push the price higher and higher to the sky . This is called herd mentality effect.

We can wait but the short sellers can not wait long they got to buy back to cover their net short position . Do not sell and we will see the price breaks 50 tomorrow and 60 level latest next week and RM 1.00 a month later .

Believe me

My logic is simple to understand an easy to implement

" the substantial shareholders are not selling, if we do not sell, the short sellers got to buy back aggressively to cover their net short position . They have started to do so based on the data I shared with you.
