Well... on hindsight not getting into properties may well b a blessing... cos d new higher RPGT rates n other measures can cause properties prices to drop... n by a lot... unlike shares when properties prices drop.. suddenly u jz can find any buyers cos banks jz refuse to lend..... until may b it is limit down one time... n unlike shares for properties u wld nid to take a loan from d bank... so hit 2 times... value dropped yet hv to pay loan interest...

I knocked my head every time I see properties prices going up n I hv missed it...

I wld think... to hit a 10 leger 1st.... then sit by d swimming pool n do ur 1-3 passions wld b better...
