yeah, 1600++ high doesn't reflect the "actual" market condition. It will stay above 1600 until the impending GE. After the election, you guys know what would happen then....with the rise of tariff, sugar, flour, GST.........

Mat, you are right. Trying catch up for those upswing would be tiring and it is a waste of time and most of the time, $$$ too. Stick to a few of fundamental counters would give you a peace of mind and, of course $$$$$. :-) Happy investing.

i would say not really as market sentiment is weak, GE, and property outlook isn't good for year 2012. But if you have extra money that wanted to buy something, can take a look on UOADEV as the proposed 10 cents div would probably spark some fire on the counter....

perhaps property outlook isn't good for year 2012. even though with lots of projects coming up but demand is questionable as the property market is believed to be at its peak in last year.

this counter was goreng to 0.70++ previously because of the privatization rumors...The rumors was mentioned since early last year....nothing happen till now.
Low PE doesn't means will get buying interest though. One thing you may not know is when this counter will be goreng again....

most of the time, utopia's price is at 70-75 cents. You may wait for the next goreng....but it takes time.

This counter was dropping everyday from its high at 70 cents in Feb 2012. It is closed at 59 cents today. I was considering to buy during 65 cents. luckily decided to monitor first. 1.5 months dropped around 20%.....and if you look at the graph, it seems like on the down side.... is it a good timing to enter now?
