This counter has started caught eyes due to its RM10b property venture project at Penang's prime location. The project will take easily more than 5 years down the road. Looks like worth to enter now.

if you are holding mother, not too worry. if you are holding sons, set your own strategy. i.e, cut lost at 2 months before the ex date. the price for the sons are very low at this moment, no harm to hold a little longer. but not CB as it is very near to its ex date.

this counter has been shooting up from RM2 to RM2.4 recently (20%). There must be some market correction/profit taking. As you can see, EPF is still accumulating this counter, so have faith on it. You can't expect huge volume everyday. The time will come, the momentum will definitely comes again, could be today, or tomorrow. but nobody knows. expect the big shark.

Tightly held by family doesn't means no good. Most of the management team members have more than 15 years of experience in their own expertise. It is one of the fund manager's favourite counters. Just my 2 cents.

This is a good counter with strong dividend, business (diversify) and management team. It is not the goreng counter like Naim, Puncak, etc. Have faith on it.
