Excuse me? Is there something I'm missing here with your last post, bro jacklew?

Aah! I read the report too from CIMB. But ASB has been an under performer for so long...is it fundamentally sound company?

Sis Sushi, reasonable assumption....
Look folks, no one is 100% certain, no one is ever perfect. If you think the stock is worth holding, then be patient and you shall reap the rewards in time. Otherwise, dump it to the next guy/gal who believes in it.

Did you all see how every time price touch 56.5 sen, it bounce up again? What does that tell us??
Oh yes, one more point: when volume traded is low/thin in a bearish trend, what does it tell us??

Thanks bro raphael. Actually we all contribute good views here. Keep the game plan simple, don't worry too much, stay focus and be content.

The charts are all the same, you can access anyone & they will tell you the same picture. For a start, i3investor also you can check the price movements, charts etc.
Most of all, we must have the diligence, confidence and correct aptitude to trade. Don't be too emotional and never ever fall in love with your stocks. Isn't that correct brothers and sisters?

Sis sushi, you must be bold when you trade. Don't be fully swayed by anyone's statement. You must have your own views and price idea too. What price to enter, what price to exit etc. Now, how do you get bold? Well, there's no real full prove way, but chances are if you do your homework and get "close" to your counters to try and understand their price patterns, movements, support & resistance levels, you can raise the level of confidence.
Guys, look at the price movements for the last 1 - 2 weeks. What does it tell us? At what levels did buying support come in? What level did the prices lose steam? Look at historical lows and highs. Note the current overall bearish market sentiment too...index has been inching up, but how many counters have actually risen smoothly?
Besides the TA, consider the fundamentals of this counter as well...some good some not so good issues. There's still muscle in this counter, perhaps not now but its certainly building a base...
Don't fret too much on buying at the "lowest" price or selling at the "highest" price, it almost never happens in the real world. Set your targets and focus...that's all folks.

Sushi, if the 56 sen support is convincingly broken, then yeah perhaps "all hell will break loose" and many short term punters will dump and run. However, on the other side of the rope, those who have a longer term positive view on this counter may likely to go long and accumulate more. That's the nature of stock market trading, there will always be a "push" and "pull", it depends on your view and strategy.
As for me, I don't think this support will be broken (it may touch 56 sen, but it will be a shallow dip). So for me, taking a slightly longer term view, 56 sen level is a solid entry point.
Have faith in this counter, in fact, have faith that Bursa M'sia will get to 1600 levels.

Exactly and well said bro Ooi. Sit tight and wait for the opportune time to strike. As long as the 56 sen support remains intact, those who are long will be ok.

...and you too bro Yuzuki! Cheer up folks, relax and focus on making money.
Its so simple-lah folks, listen to your own instinct and do your own research. If you not happy with the stock, throw it away. If you are gung ho about it, keep and/or buy more.
No need to be overly dependent or influenced by other ppl comments.
CHILL OUT everyone! Smile and make it a rosy trading day OK

Bro chong, no point to get so upset. I don't think ppl here are that naive to believe everything that is commented here, if they are so gullible then they have no business getting involved in the stock market, they will only get their hands burnt. I say, let them make their own decisions whether to buy, sell or hold.
I have confidence in this stock and I know how you feel about it too. Let's keep our heads together and do what we know is right...at the end of the day, we make the money and have a well deserved reward for it. Nobody can take that away from us, right! So cheer up, bro chong!

That's the correct attitude Yuzuki & tbooi.
If you have a trading strategy, know what the short term paramaters are...immediate support & resistance. How much time you can hold.
If you are a longer term trader, then know your long term parameters...
Markets and individual stocks in general move up and down. If you are focused and know when to enter and when to exit you shud not fret over other inconsequential issues which may not have any bearing on your stocks and established parameters.
When the stock trades within a band, there's no harm selling around the resistance and buying back near the support levels. Quite agree with Ooi, you can make nice monies going in and out several rounds this way.
However, you will still need patience and diligent not to waver too far from your original trading strategy. Whilst situations may and will likely change over time and may warrant you to modify your trading plan, stay nimble and focused.

Folks, even though external markets were purging last night and even our local market is down this morning, that does not necessarily equate to KHSB being severely down too. Think many of you still don't quite get it.
Each individual stock has its own trading path or pattern. We have seen KHSB correct from mid 60 sen levels down to mid 50 sen level recently. There seemed to be rather strong support at these levels thus I believe it will hold out at current levels (unless of course something drastic happens to the market), don't fret too much guys.
Stay cool and focused. If you genuinely believe this counter has potential to "fly", then be patient and hold your positions...perhaps some of you may even wish to load up some more...

Looks weak, but think unless the 56 sen support is convincingly broken, this counter may spring a pleasant surprise soon.
The problem is even though the index may be inching up, there is lack of confidence (gung ho spirit) in the broader market. I believe it will be a matter of time to allow this bear to run its to the ground when all the weak hands are absorbed and the bull charges again.

Yuzuki: Actually it is nothing new nor surprising...all of us (and I mean all of us) know about it but the problem is many of us don't want to accept it...and sometimes greed gets in the way.

Of course, having said that, looking at the other side of the coin, I also must add that there will be times when we must have the perserverance to HOLD on to certain counters and allow it to perform too.

At the end of the day, its a question of TIME and RESOURCES, or more specifically, how much time and resources one has. When we get into the market, we must have a game plan, set our trading parameters and be disciplined enough to see it through. Chart our own course (set CL and TP areas) and don't be easily swayed by minor external factors. We should do well in most cases.

As they always say, you win some and you lose some....the crucial point is that we strive to win more than we lose. Money in the hand (no matter how small) is surely better than having none at all!

Don't even raise false hopes that there will be a sudden rush to push the prices beyond 70 sen level anytime soon. It has to take some time to establish its base first.
Last week we saw prices depressed until 56 sen support and then was able to move up a notch nearer the 60 sen levels. So, we must give it bit of time to establish its base at 60 sen and if market sentiment improves then we will see the next step up to test the 63 sen level and subsequently 66 sen before knocking on the doors of 70 sen.
So in the meantime, be patient and if you guys have more bullets, continue accumulation.

Watch the 56 sen support. If I am correct, this is a solid support level at this moment and likely to be the platform for a rebound.
As KHSB gets through this bearish trend the last week or so, volumes have also tapered off around these levels, signifying sellers are weakening...only problem is that buyers aren't confident enough to start the ball rolling just yet.
