Namoyaki...sori late reply. The 1st was Country Heights but its all sold out and doing well. Now there are 2 others, namely Golden Palm Growers (plantation in Kelantan) and East West One (plantation in Sabah). Both can offer reasonably good (guaranteed) annual dividends.

Its about time WCT start moving up...it has been struggling for sometime. WCT WB may shoot for the stars but be vigilant to catch this star quickly.

Dont bet on it at this moment. This stock is a jewel actually but for some reason, many of the govt linked companies are not really moving...maybe building its momentum for later!?

This counter very slow but steady...family controlled, sure want to protect the share price..Safe and good dividends.

Tony, why don't you do MAS a favor and buy off some of their planes...AA moves forward whilst MAS downsizes.

Put some investment into oil palm plantation scheme (approved by SSM) which can give min 8 - 9% yearly returns. The trick is to spread your risks by not putting all eggs into one basket.

Price shud be closer RM 4...volume is not encouraging becos market sentiment is rather edgy. Its all a matter of confidence..or rather perceived bullishness

Every research house bar Hwang, says it shud be above RM4...yet it languishing below RM 3.50. Is there a silver lining somewhere for this aviation counter?
