Once a stock is no longer be included in certain index, first thing first is to dispose it ASAP as fund managers normally have to sell it within certain duration to comply with their investment guidelines. Hopefully the selling off is game over but performance and service level are the challenges now.

neuwook...unfortunately no one could judge the fair price correctly as market uncertainty is always there, the TP may become the truth if broad market correction happened in US. 5 years ago Parkson was traded above 5, people already told me its potential is in China. Luckily disposed off few months ago around 70~80 together with the free warrants given many years ago. Unless speculative play, it is difficult to survive in this intense market and in view of its current poor performance with higher debts. Very high borrowing compared to Hup Seng and Appolo which almost no borrowings, and poorly managed firm and strategies as well as the management. Anyway, good luck for all as market is always difficult to predict, you may have better luck.

Since someone suggested 0.15, sabar first, would like to see that level as a punishment to the management. Nonetheless they will still enjoy their high remunerations and continue to talk strategically to goreng. Who bother? Good luck.

What is the criteria for a solid stocks? If follow Warren, this is certainly a no go, at best for speculation only. Looks like it takes some times for the private placement to materialise as it doesn't perform well, unacceptable net profit margin, no idea where the revenue went to? Both EPS and profit hit max in Jun 2016, now it hit the lowest in Dec 2017. A mild drop is acceptable but it dropped quite substantially. Unless the worse is over (only insider know as there is no any indication from management), still maintain no go till TP75.

Sounds like have to revise further to below 75, that is more than 50% discount from early last year. Sabar.... based on own experience, when there is so call external talents jumped in, first thing first is they will engage consultants instead of those talents work it out (hopefully is not for this Pro) which will drive up the management expenses. @ethan... if you read its financial reports, you will find higher remuneration for chief despite lower profit or higher losses. Of course this is not uncommon in this country. As a staff, management always stress their KPIs, unfortunately it doesn't work for listed companies management and BOD as regulators just close their eyes.

If you can recall the quarterly results releases when it was traded around 1.40 last year, luckily I never trust that type of news messaging which tell the good story when results is below many's expectations and sold all on the same day. Anyway, they may able to deliver one day. TP 0.75 in view of all negative comments and down graded by investment banks.
