· A contract valued equivalent to about RM3,647,000 for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Pressure and Water Quality Sensors – Construction Works.

The commencement date of the contract is on 27 April 2015 and will be completed by 26 February 2016. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2015.

· A contract valued equivalent to about RM5,354,000 for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Pressure and Water Quality Sensors – Maintenance Services.

The commencement date of the contract is on 27 February 2016 and will be completed by 26 February 2021. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2016 to 2020.

The contracts are not renewable and the risks in respect of the contracts are the normal business risks.

YFG unit gets RM37mil MRT job

PETALING JAYA: YFG Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YFG Bhd, has accepted the appointment as nominated sub-contractor to MMC-Gamuda KVMRT (T) Sdn Bhd to undertake a RM36.7mil project.

The “Projek Mass Rapid Transit Lembah Kelang: Jajaran Sungai Buloh – Kajang” comprises underground works package for mechanical and electrical works under package three (Stadium Merdeka station).

裕豐獲3672萬分包工程

（吉隆坡16日訊）裕豐（YFG，7122，主要板貿服）獲得巴生谷捷運第3配套分包工程，合約總值3672萬令吉。

該公司受委為巴生谷捷運雙溪毛糯-加影路線，第3配套地下工程機械和電子分包商，需在21天內跟主要分包商CEC國際大馬私人有限公司簽署分包合約。

至于正式動工期限，將取決于主要分包商。

裕豐沒有董事成員直接或間接与這項合約有直接關係，該公司亦會在簽署協議后向馬證交所報備進展。

YFG gets RM17.43mil electrical installation contract

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 18): YFG Bhd’s subsidiary YFG Engineering Sdn Bhd has received a letter of reward from Pembinan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd for an electrical installation contract worth RM 17.435 million.

According to the group’s filing to Bursa today, the electrical works are for two apartment blocks of 800 units, the blocks parking bays and their surrounding recreational amenities, among others, at the Symphony Hills project in Cyberjaya.

The project commenced on Sept 17 and is expected to be completed by Aug 11, 2016.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the group,” it said.

YFG’s unit gets RM42.4m job from Elite Bay

KUALA LUMPUR: YFG Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, YFG Trolka Sdn Bhd, has received letter of award from Elite Bay Sdn Bhd for the construction of a mixed commercial development-cum-bus terminal at Jalan Wawasan, Kota Kinabalu, for RM42.4 million.

The project will be completed in 22 months from March 22 to January 12 2016, YFG said.

YFG To Build Affordable Homes

SHAH ALAM: YFG Bhd is in serious discussions with several private landowners to venture into property development to build affordable homes for the middle-income segment.

Apart from this, the company, which has 20 years of experience in electrical and mechanical engineering services and a strong foothold in the construction industry, is also looking at some recurring income-generating businesses to create more sustainable revenue for the company.

Managing director Lim Chong Ling said as the company currently had no landbank, it would work with private landowners to develop their land. “We look for landowners who want to work with us in sharing the profit of the developed land. We would be able to provide them with a win-win situation, taking into consideration the land cost and the construction cost, and at the end of the day, share the profit,” he told StarBiz. “With certain landowners with whom we are negotiating now, the profit sharing could be as high as 50:50.”

Currently, Lim said YFG was talking to some landowners outside Iskandar to build affordable homes there. “We want to help middle-income earners own a decent property. Affordable to me reflects a property that ranges between RM350 and RM400 per sq ft, depending on location of course,” he said, adding that YFG had yet to sign any agreement with any landowners although it was in serious discussion with some.

On recurring income, Lim explained that YFG was interested to further expand its expertise in the construction business. “It could be in the form of build, operate and lease; build, operate and transfer as well as private-public partnerships.

（吉隆坡9日讯）在最近重新塑造品牌的裕丰（YFG，7122，主板贸服股），前称辟捷控股有限公司（PJI Holdings Berhad），正瞄准5亿令吉订单，这是因为该公司在过去两个季度投標总值7亿令吉的合约。

该公司在2011年进行管理层收购之后更改公司名称和標誌，並落实僱员优先认股计划（ESOS）。

裕丰董事经理林宗麟透露，「由於本公司在苏丹、新加坡和阿拉伯联合酋长国承接一些对公司净资產造成影响的项目，导致公司股票被这些基本面拉低，我们希望摆脱之前的困局，重新开始。」

YFG的中文名称「裕丰」寓意富足和丰收。

林宗麟强调，公司的信誉，经证实的专门知识、工程经验和专长，让裕丰在市场上享有竞爭优势。

目前，裕丰所参与的项目包括KLIA2的电气和机械工程，柔佛州伊斯干达特区UEM阳光（UEMS，5148，主板產业股）旗下之Puteri Harbour混合发展计划的电气工程，为AgniPower私人有限公司建造13兆瓦的生物质能发电厂，以及在亚庇海滨一带为Sunsea Development私人有限公司建造一栋商业產业，亦称为OceanusWaterfrontMall。

据林宗麟透露，公用事业和再生能源领域皆为上游业务，其利润回酬高达15%。该公司也正在探討净水处理厂业务。

除了伊斯干达特区，裕丰也放眼建造价格不超过50万令吉的中价房屋，以支持政府欲为大马人供应容易负担房屋的倡议。

「我们相信產业市场將在未来十年保持强劲，」林宗麟预测。「再加上政府大力推行基本建设项目，我们认为有必要填补中价產业市场所出现的真空。」
