People today might have the same news as me but they are affected by the bad market sentiment after the recent downgrade and they aren't so sure how good the new is and whether it can still drive seacera share price up ( recently up top much ) .. God invest.. You can go tecguan forum refer on it.. Tecguan 80% sales in USd and 73% cost in myr.. With this type of high exchange rate.. It's like a hidden gem.. Their last year report was a loss which cause their pe looks so high.. If u look at their recent quarter report.. It's has total of around 13eps in the latest 2 quarter report.. Annualized pe will be 13 x 2 = 26sen..most importantly, the previous 2 report which make profit, the used exchange rate is not as high as now.. So do u think a company sell in usd and buy in myr can have a bad quarter report? Do ur research.. Icon had wrote article about it.. U can see it in tecguan's forum..

After all the stock release their qr this month, they will automatic come to tecguan goreng it until the report come out on dec

If compare, mahsing revenue is much higher but the profit margin is Lowe than ksl alot alot, and if compare mahsing to ksl, mahsing has much higher PE, so for a rational investor, they will also know ksl is much undervalue compare with other property stock

Are u sure mahsing is a good stock? Alpha jack.. This company was having alot of project but most of the properties could not be sell out and now many other supplier of raw materials have rejected to supply to him as their credit limit have reached and not able to pay in time.. Is true mahsing is a large property company but it is not doing as good as u thought

Actually even profit is contribute mainly by investment but compare with last year 4th quarter, it still improved.. Besides, the main sell down is confirm not bcz of quarter report, is bcz of panic selling due to sell down by contra player, and since report coming soon people might think report not good that's why causing panic selling, now the good report proved they are wrong, contra player is the main reason caused the sell down

Yeah I Agree too much LR have been issue causing investor do not have the ability to subscribe it to LA.. In this case, whoever got holding power and subscribe it to LA.. Price will adjust back to the original price.. For example, even after bonus issue 5:1 , mother share price further adjusted from 1.1x to 9x sen.. LA still worth (90sen x 100/136)= 0.66.. LR worth 66sen - 50 sen= 16sen.. Just my own opinion

What I count is correct.. The huge drop is because many people couldn't get those money for subscription so they got no choice but to sell it.. Whoever got money will laugh to bank after the subscription..

For the mother share price of 1.25.. OR should worth 62sen and LR should worth 41sen

For OR calculation: 1.25-0.69 = 0.56 but it should add the warrant price as well.. Assume warrant worth 30sen.. Then 30/5= 6 sen... 56sen+6sen = 62 sen.. Any price blow 56-62 sen is a good buy as arbitrage opportunity occurs..

LR calculation in this stage.. We should use 136 iculs to 100 mother shares instead of topping up 68sen.. In the price of 1.25, a LA should worth 91 sen ( 1.25 x 100/136).. So LR should worth 41sen (91sen - 50 sen).. Therefore if u got extra cash to buy LR to convert it into LA, below 40sen is a good buy to earn arbitrage.. However many people will throw the LR as it is costly for them to buy the LA

Tiekyu.. Conversion ratio was 136 : 100 or 68 sen.. So I think u should use the current price or LR + 69sen or use 2000 shares x100/136 = 1470 mother shares
