Unlucky for annjoo this quarter
1) trade war afffect steel price
2) cancel of many mega project
3) one off loss of rm 17 mil due to inventory write down (probably due to drop in price)

Excluding this one off loss...
18 mil pbt which is 3 cent eps per quarter is still good for this kind of share at rm1.5

12 cent, we get 9 cent dividend or 6% yield
Any increase of steel price will be superb for annjoo and will be catalyst for new price breakout
