i am not sure who are selling Parkson shares. No major shareholder announcement on disposal but there is active buyback of shares by Parkson. Maybe management should buyback more to stop the fall in parkson share price.

Part of the problem on the valuation is that parkson business is also listed in singapore and hong kong for china.

If the company feels that the current share price is undervalued, it should be more aggresive in its buyback of shares as it has a lot of cash in hand. this would also stabilised the share price.

keep droppng, GIC also sell no hope or still hopeful on this counter share price

The govt has taken over all the water bonds so now no liabilities. How good is this business , they compesation for the asset of the company. At the end Govt will have to raise fund for this maybe from pension fund monies?

At the end offer is Govt monies and the public is going to pay for it by increasing the tariff for water as the Govt will say it cannot subsidied anymore.

I do not understand, the federal or state govt should have a golden share where they can do compulsory acquisition.

Although the dividend yeild is good , nowaday you need to know the risk the company business is carryingon and the management team.Any big mistake or mismanagement would likely cause the company to go into PN17. steel/property and construction carrying high risk and voilatile business

looking @ the latest financials, the company has borrowing of RM 500 million in us currency will be hit as Ringgit has weaken a lot. Not sure that the has hedge the borrowings>

Parkson main profit contributor is still from China. However, China economy is now consolidating?and it is affecting the result of Parkson. so the profit in the coming quarter is not going anywhere so affecting the share price.

good analysis. How about news on privatisation of the company by the major shareholders since the company has been viewed as undervalue.

Do not see any chance of price moving up but more down.
