Thanks for the analysis, looks promising from the beginning with good numbers till high debt and dividend payment history. With negative CF still able to declare dividend?! Where did the money come from?!

A&W is sold to someone who's good at running F&B biz, one of restaurant brands he own is Manhattan Fish Market. Hope he can do wonders as another well-run fast food chain is always welcome.

So far I have seen few FM outlets and their business is very good. The one nearest to me is Sunway Giza Mall. People pop into the store for their food including Oden, ice-cream, bread, etc. Biz is good until Caring next door has to post a 'No Ice-Cream' signboard to avoid people messing their store. This has never happen before as Baskin Robbins 31 has been there way before FM. Anyway, just wanted to point out the possibility of FM's success but not for the near future. QL still need to do a lot of right things to make it a success.

No doubt QL is a good counter but growth for such a big company takes a lot more effort than smaller ones.

盈利成长的公司，还要配合以下的因素才能达到盈利＋股价一起前进：
- 不可以太低调，要见报接受访问
- 债务太高不受投资者喜爱（Dominan）
- 成交量不可以太低，以上5家都有这个问题
- 领域的局限，投资者喜欢出口/需求不断成长的领域。纺织品，家具，产业，包装都不是大众投资者的喜爱
- 要加快扩张速度，每年成长5 - 10％的话，吸引力不足
