the reason why HLIB lower their TP is based on their negative outlook on the construction sector and reduced on earning forecast and higher on financial cost bear by WCT.

WCT management do noted the hike of financial cost and they had reassure their ability in interest service and commit to reduce the borrowing.

On the plus side, the collection and billing cycle is generally healthy and the risk of default is low due to the job nature and paymaster.

The group is diverting from focusing in infrastructure project and going to bid more building project in the future to reduce the dependency. The winning in July and September mark the walk to talk of the management. MOF have to fork out 19b to boil LTH's investment loses. Their fund size is merely 60-70% of the Gov pension funds. Imagine the loses bear in those pension funds YTD!!!

Shpok, you will know why if you are the FM for EPF, PNB, KWAP etc.... The amount aquire and disposal really not a matter but effective and efficiency in their portfolio.

Every acquisition and disposal well plan for not trigger the drastic change on share price. Remember a recent purchase of 6mil in a day without moving a cent by EPF? That's skill and a lot of work done by their traders.

They are here to fund the gov and for long term investment. Change in position for a day or 2 really not a big deal for them.

Look at the commitment on PNB to SAP RI, wise strategy? I don't know. Reduce Maybank and other local banks from default by pumping public funds into SAP a to do? Yes!

Maybe pearlwhite had follow armada since IPO and also subscribe rights issue few years back. Due to the his/her own sentiment toward armada, he/she had lose 90% of the investment in this share.
