Recently Maybank upgrade Icon TP to 37 sen from 25 sen. Of course you can't hear such news from rockycleft or 687423. When downgrade he is the first one to tell you.

Base on my experience more upgrade likely after 4th qtr 2015 result out in Feb 2016.

Although I talk a lot here doesn't mean is Icon is my sole counters. I have many other counters but stop buying Icon long ago. The reason I talk here is prevent others selling down Icon unnecessarily.

Talk on cyber space is easy without any proof. Why your no of counters keep reducing? So you also make tonnes of money in P Metal, Syscorp, UMW OG? I know all these counters drop a lot this year.

What a shame RM 2.17 O&G counter cannot make profit when many below 50 sen are still making profit?

No 1 boss in Icon is Ekuinas not any other people. Just like PM Najib he is country boss so he can sack anyone including Muhyiddin. So what if Dr Jamal no more in Icon others like incoming MD from PETRONAS can replace Dr Jamal as well.

rockycleft why your promoted Uzma can suffer loss but Icon 35sen can make profit?

Dr Jamal has been sacked from Icon effective Nov 15. If he doesn't sell his shares who will bear his daily expenses? He no longer Icon CEO but now belong to Capt. Hassan Ali.

Why rockycleft no more talking here?

Apart from Ekuinas there are also EPF, PNB(partner in ValueCap), Tabung Haji, LTAT, GIC etc as top 30 Icon shareholders.

Hi oil_n_gas, last quarter armada report loss is due to one off impairment charged of RM383.7 million. Exculding the impairment charged, that quarter armada still earned 84.8 million. I estimate this quarter will post net profit around 70-80 million

Last qtr Armada reported loss. Any chance Armada report better this month?

Coming Icon MD from Petronas will bring good to Icon. He is also former MISC President. Perhaps tie-up with MISC possible?

When oil price is low like now any reduction in manpowers is most welcome. Icon save even more money when two high salary staffs not in their payroll starting 15th Nov.

Problematic Dr Jamal and his brother will go so cost saving for Icon. Perhaps when new MD join this company this company no more call Icon so fear of company name no more.

Icon current CEO(Dr Jamal) and COO will retire on 15th Nov meaning cost saving(salary) for Icon this month onwards.

Although KNM is everyone favourite for O&G counter, I think financially cheaper Icon has done better with latest EPS 0.4sen compare to KNM EPS only 0.21sen despite KNM trading at higher price. No wonder EPF dispose KNM heavily last month.
