Bursa can't do much or didn't bother to do much. Any tom dick & harry company rights issues exercise are approved without considering the negative impact to minority share holders and retailers. Company taking advantage to raise as much cash as possible from share holders and after 1 -2 years go for share consolidation exercise. All share holders got screwed up big time by these companies.
