BETTER SELL BOTH PARKSON AND PADINI

IN TIMES OF RECESSION WHEN MONEY IS TIGHT BOTH WILL BE IMPACTED. PADINI WILL STILL SURVIVE WHILE PARKSON OVER A LONGER TERM WILL LOSE ALL ITS CASH. WC IS DESTROYING ITS CASH HOARD BY FOOLISHLY THROWING GOOD MONIES INTO THE BOTTOMLESS PIT.

Dept store is sunset business. online shopping is the trend that cut down middleman and rental cost. this is the fact of retail model. high cost of mall rental and labour is hardly reduce and traffic of shopper is getting lesser and squee out by online platform. shopping mall in China and SG mainly target family oriented business like F

If i3 info is correct in 2005 someone can buy Liihen at 61 sen when EPS only 1.18 sen. Now QR very good with 51.54 sen but price is RM 3.29. So is the one buying at 61 sen with poor QR better off than someone buy at RM 3.29 with very good QR? Can moneysifu answer since you must be sifu with your id?

Net debts RM 1.3 billion-star 11th June. STP2 nowhere in sight except need to spend money to reclaim(next 5 years?) land. When only need to come out money(to reclaim land) and no income is it good? No wonder Sime Darby also sell.

When face margin call E&O likely to drop to even RM 1. Why buy now when even giant Sime Darby(is Terry tham richer than Sime) want to sell?

Terry Tham bought from Sime Darby at RM 2.60. Now RM 1.69 how he will settle his margin call losing 90sen on paper ks55?

Loss making 1 qtr 10 sen still got people buy? 11 quarters more Puncak will go bankrupt with same losses.

Since Puncak revenue remain low like in last quarter expect coming QR likely to be a loss as well.

A week past my last comment here. As expected Puncak drop and instead Triplc(which Puncak want to buy) up. If Puncak cash is there why cannot declare more dividend for minority shareholders or initiate shares buy back like Parkson? Expect more RPT from Rozali or he will spend Puncak cash for personal benefit. If he see Puncak future as bright he would have bought because his 40% stake is still low and has room to increase.

Going Holland because need to sue Maybank who pull out as Cliq sponsor(Edge).

Those sell cheap you rugi because everyday share buy back can buy from you.
