Fastest way for SMHB to get listing...RM25M profit is bigger than most of listed stock.

SMHB is respected engineering co........it's good buy. I think the cash received by directors will be use to buy more hss shares to maintain their shareholding %.

They have to issued RM108M worth of new HEB shares and give it to directors (vendor).....if I were them......I will push sky high....before issuing new shares......ha ha that me lah.....and they will because I can tell you....they will busy with projects announcements.....

This the way to go.....expanding thru MA rather than organic growth. Very soon going to be RM1Billion club member.

My concern ....whether the order already pick up? The merger disrupting the operation/sales.....emmm.. no way to know except next QR. Being the only customer....that the greatest concern.

Acme Sky Sdn Bhd previously know as Smart Agrosun Sdn Bhd is owned by Ong Choon Heng i.e. he just transfer from his personal name to his co...his vehicle.

That actually just a centralised warehouse for products made from various countries including Malaysia......maybe same as Alibaba warehouse at Digital Free Trade Zone...not sure whether Fp will benefits directly from that..what has been reported...logistics industry will benefit thr most from that.

The Company wishes to clarify that the proposed acquisition of a 67% stake in Global Agency Limited (“GAL”), a company incorporated in United Republic of Tanzania is for a total purchase consideration of United States Dollar One (USD1.00) only (“Proposed Acquisition”) and not as reported in the news article.

The details of the Proposed Acquisition have been disclosed in the Company’s announcement entitled “Conditional Share Sale Agreement between Datasonic and Fidelis Christian Bashasha and Charles R B Rwechungura” dated 5 September 2016.

The Company, however, wishes to clarify that the potential contracts expected to be secured by GAL is estimated to be US192 million over a period of 10 years.

The Company would like to highlight that the Proposed Acquisition is still on going and has not yet been completed.

1. Malaysia soft consumer spending will not help Ghl....next quarter will prove another stagnant result.

2. For the first time, the real competitor is coming. Traditional Nera, Paysys are no match for unlimited Myeg resources. Not only they will have to share the pie but Myeg will spoil the margin.

3. Alipay allowed use of low and cheap tech like QR scanner.....will be a threat to Ghl expensive EDC machine....soon they will be no barrier for competitor to offer similar services. QR scanner are available as low as RM200 at Lowyat.

4. TnG will be the winner for Alipay services....so far TnG use their closed systems.

5. Integration with Actis system will required an heavy investment.....don't expect any dividend. ...soon.... or perhaps their strategy to pull down prices...so they can collect at RM1.....that the price they willing to buy.

Need an IB to tell that share price has run ahead of it's fundamental .

It won't be like AAX...that losing biz, Ptrans making money.....I have to agreed with hansolo.....Perak does not offer good growths potential. We buy stock because its future potential.....not so much their current performance. But don't write them off.....the operator terror......except if.... Elvis has left the building!

Results good ???? 17% justified?? ... considering how its price has gone up more than 120%...since a year ago. P.E. almost 60 ??That also was save by tax ... (how about next quarter).....to me its not good.....consider the reporting period is festive period....people normally shop....maybe now more people shop thru online....and more competitor for TPA.
