This group get most from fed /state govt properties.

I think market overdone, blindly follows Nasdaq tech sell down.

The co. revenue are guaranteed with govt projects. Their projects are critical and important to our country; any govt will not mess with their national project.

They have proved themselves that they can work with both parties i.e. BN or opposition. Their position as supplier for Mykad and Passport is strong and secured at least for another 10 years;
1) Govt just invested a lot of money with their systems solutions and hardware....it need at least 10 yrs to fully amortised govt investment,
2) The systems already stable and no more problems,
3) It hard for competitors to challenge them, KDN required supplier to have local manufacturing plant and this is not simple plant...this is high securities plant...Dsonic has 3,
4) and in term of costing...i don't think new player can beat them and no co willing to build one without guaranteed sales.

Their financial performance has been improved for last 2Q...starting to pick up with completion of Passport plant/production.

I don't know where the bottom is but at P.E 16/17 it is the cheapest Tech stock...it wise to start nibbling.

The thing about tech stock is.....it need good story to feed to investor and Dsonic has not been doing that for sometime. I know they have a great product that they going to announces soon(it need approval from authority) this product will be use by all bank in Malaysia to improved their security.

It just a matter of time when investor realise that BN going to win this election and business as usual..they will rush to buy. I think PM will dissolve the Parliment ASAP.

Iris was given 15yrs to build own factory but they can't do it. Having own factory is a compulsory requirements by KDN..when you talk about national security.

Dsonic has build 3 big factories(the largest in SEA); Mykad and passport. No co will invest factories without guarantee sales. Dsonic position is very strong.

Govt already invested hundreds of million with Dsonic solutions and hardware...don't think they will change any time soon, further there are no problems with Mykad and passport and Dsonic margin is fair.

But they provide the liquidity to the market. Inta Bina Bhd is high growth stock can outperform Suncon...in term of returns(%).
