How much to sell/buy depends on how we think Metronics potential will be, esp. the 300 mil solar business it claims to be highly likely. If so, company can factor in the recent rise in cost in their negotiations.

Yes, WA is worthless now, BUT do you think Ta Win bosses will just sit around watching 97.3% i.e. almost RM 30 mil just burning away? It will be very strange if it happens!

I started to buy into Ta Win since 2020 when it started the 500 acres 2.4 billion Terengganu Ecocycle Park, and with the recent EV related projects confident will be rewarded....Looking to convert my WA to support!

Although the official last day to convert is 5 Aug, but for those who convert through places like Public Bank the last day is 22 July.

So far 8,330,413 WA converted, % converted= 2.7% only.
If 100% conversion, company can get additional ~RM 29.5mil cash!

It seems the Singapore WTE does not produce Bio-gas. So in this sense Cypark does more. But the video does not seem to tell much about the bio-gas....

From what i see Cypark does more sorting of the garbage, into 2 types: one type for fuel to be burnt to generate energy, and another type for production of Bio-gas.

@roller77 As you pointed out, the directors were forced to sell. So, they also lost big, probably the biggest? Hopefully, all the projects that are supposed to be up and running go as plan, and eventually we will receive dividends in 2-3 years time!

My key worry is the cash flow, will it ever be positive??
