Not familiar with the 5g coverage, I check the above website. It shows Perak is currently not well covered...meaning so much room for growth! Any comment?

Perhaps Ptrans will engage TJE to build the communication towers, eg small ones at bus stops through out Perak and beyond!

Copper melts at ~1100 C, while plastics only a couple of hundred C, so I think this must be the reason why the irradiation is necessary. Happy to hear from others on this.

The processes are meant to strengthen the insulations of the copper wire, although the note says "cross-linking the wire" which makes it sounds like cross-linking copper which makes no sense, as far as i know.

Thank you, and I think you're right as it is consistent with this check: Exercise price =RM1.03.
Method a) 1PA+0.95, meaning PA is regarded as 0.08
b) 13 PA, 0.08*13=1.04, 0.01 more than exercise price but obviously can't be helped as cannot have fractional PA.

One benefit of having PA I can see now is that if the share price is not high enough use method b) else use method a). Will share idea after I have chance to read more later. Happy trading!

@BLee, Thanks for sharing your good insight into PA. I have not been following the PA, but I did a quick check on it, and here are some facts: 4.2billion PA was issued, and 3.8b left before consolidation. So now 3.8b/15=254million left. After consolidation, to change PA to share, I found out only one way, i.e. need 1 PA plus RM 0.95 and maturity is 10 Mar 2030.
Is there another way of changing PA to share? Before consolidation, i think can use 13 PAs to get one share.

Fast is also doing a share consolidation: 6 to 1. After consolidation, the ratio of NTA to price is roughly 5 times, similar to Ageson. So just bought some FAST.... may go the way of Ageson!?

Just wish to point out one thing now: After consolidation 6 to 1, Price become= 0.03*6=RM 0.18 while Net assets per share =RM 0.158(June QR)*6=RM 0.948, NTA/Price=5.3 times. Compare this with Ageson: NTA (Mar QR)=0.23, share consolidation 15 to 1 followed by right issue 2OR to 1, so NTA=0.23*15/3=0.23*5=RM1.15. The right issue was 0.20, so for those who subscribed, NTA/Price is roughly 1.15/0.2=5.75 times. As you can check Ageson then went up to 0.50+ and is now 0.38. Another similarity is they both have large value of contract deal. So, will the same happen to FAST after share consolidation? Personally I think it's likely, but I leave it to you!

With NAV=$1.22, and contract value in the $billion range, expect it to go back up higher!

@BLee Thank you for the correction! So it should be roughly 0.23*15/3=0.23*5=1.15....Nice that the numbers match. I mixed up with another company's consolidation. As for the QR, I now see the June report at i3 website. I also look at Bursa Malaysia website and funny that it does not show up there.

Just wish to point out that the Net Asset per share =0.23 stated in the most recent QR (ended 31 Mar 2022) is before share consolidation and right issue. Since consolidation is 6 to 1, right issue is 2OR to 1 share and basically fully subscripted, the Net Asset per share now should be doubled =0.23x2=0.46
