I did a quick estimate: the 187 units VC bought has total build up area of 164232 sq ft. and Price is 246.348mil, so is rm 1500/ sq ft. From website below, price for 800 sq ft apt is 1.325 mil. this works out to rm1656/sqft, so VC got 10% discount. Any comment from anyone?

The durians were planted in 2018, and grafted durians take 4-6years to bear fruits.... soon! The announcement at Bursa has no mention of durian types....any one know?

In the recent acquisition, besides the 700 acres of oil palm, also got 45 acres of durian!

Like his experience in plantations may be very useful for the new oil palm venture? My guess is that the VC bosses converted their WC and with Liu's PP, VC bought the oil palm plantation. I think they have high chance of succeeding, so am going to hold on to my tickets and wait for few years!

According to feb17 announcement, liew subscribed 101.5mil (direct interest) and 88mil(indirect interest) right shares, many more than what he promised, 51mil. What does this mean?

Looks like it will fluctuate between 130 and 135 for sometime though on upward trend.....it also makes sense to lock-in some of the profit at 130, no one knows for sure!

Ya, I also think in long term, IOT and robots will take over cheap labour which may not be cheap after factoring all costs. Seems like seeing a reversal to 135 already.... invested 13.5k yesterday, see how!

I got some yesterday at 135.....My guess is those who are selling at 130 got the excess at 120, but once they are done, price will move back up.

No rush to sell off mother and PA is up at 3.5, good sign to me

But issue price of PA was 1, now 3-3.5 with exercise price revised down to 14. So, don't think I can get mother so cheap.....but today may be time to top up as more ppl should be selling
