My key worry is the cash flow, will it ever be positive??

About the data I supplied above, here are more details:
1. Data were obtained from Bursa announcements by keying in “subdivision of shares" as keywords
2. You should see 79 items. From these, I check everyone and calculated.
3. Number of PA converted at 10 sen (1 PA@2.5 sen + 7.5 sen cash) =453,686,467
4. Number of PA converted at 5 sen=5,461,200
5. Therefore, total number of PA converted = 459,147,667
6. Total number of PA issued= 477,683,580
7. Percentage of PA converted at 10 sen = 94.98%
8. Percentage of PA converted at 5 sen = 1.14%
9. Total percentage of PA converted= 96.12%

As 94.98% of PA were converted at 10sen, that was why I said if you get at less than 10 sen you untung liao! Check my data, and please share your interpretation so that we can all profit as Ta Win grows!

@DannyArcher, Really no relation? If oil price continue on the high, would you not expect Yinson can get more contracts and seek a higher margin too?

Ok, I found out from the Bursa announcements the followings:
1. More than 95% of PA and practically all at 10 sen.
2. Only 5% of WA converted, at 10 sen.
Although the remaining PA can get converted at 5 sen, but only 5% and not a large absolute number of PA left. So, I think these info give more support to >13sen. And if you get mother at less then 10 sen, you very lucky already.
Check my data and decide for yourself!

The processes are meant to strengthen the insulations of the copper wire, although the note says "cross-linking the wire" which makes it sounds like cross-linking copper which makes no sense, as far as i know.

@MZM2511, some times ago you suspected the huge number in "Loss on foreign exchange - unrealised RM 595,085 (000). I think you're right: it's a typo and there might be other typos. My checking shows if 595, 085(000) is replaced by (2519 (000)), then the Operating loss before working capital changes is (28,578), as claimed. But if the loss on foreign exchange must be a positive number, then there must be at least another typo in the report.
(I am confident about my claim although I never studied accounting because I tested my understanding using the 31 DEC 2021 account and the numbers added up correctly there!)

Just wondering if some one can put it in simple layman language but in detail (where the numbers come from) the following:

"Overall, the Group recorded loss before taxation of RM31.0 million in Q4 2022 as compared to loss before taxation of RM74.8 million in Q3 2022. The decrease in loss before taxation in Q4 2022 was mainly due to the Group has incurred non-recurring expenses such as impairment loss on inventories amounting to RM2.5 million, impairment loss on trade and other receivables amounting to RM31.1 million, impairment loss on other investments amounting to RM3.6 million and impairment loss on intangible assets amounting to RM10.5 million and fair value loss on investment properties amounting to RM77.4 million, although the loss was mitigated by gain on
disposal of property, plant and equipment amounting to RM3.1 million and gain on disposal of subsidiary companies amounting to RM54.6 million in Q3 2022."

For example:
1)In the 28 March announcement of the disposal of Ganzhou Kanger to Zeng QihHui for RM20mil. If I understand correctly, the net cost was 120mil, so roughly this means loss is 120mil-20mil=100mil. Is this correct?
2) In Dec 2021, Shenzhen Kanger was disposed off for RMB 3mil (~RM2mil). Since initial capital was RMB 36mil, this mean loss= 36-3=RMB 33mil (~RM22mil)
But I don't know how these numbers are reflected in the QR.
My point is if we can check and understand the origin of the numbers in the QR then at least we are sure of the integrity part, as Patience99 noted that the previous accountant resigned....

266,121, 872 WC were listed on 28/4/2021, and 108,867,100 have been converted. This I have verified by checking Bursa's announcements. The conversion to me means confidence in VC and gives 18.5 mil. Then, you have the 13mil from 2nd variation on the use of the proceeds from the RI last year. These funds helped VC to pay the 10% down payment for the Antara Genting purchase, just after buying the oil palm and durian plantation. I think VC's management have done their detailed calculations. I think more ppl will convert their WC and generate more fund.

Another thing to note: VC's NAV is almost twice the share price now
