The Proposed Rights Issue involves the issuance of up to 6,244,866,420 ICPS on the basis of 15 ICPS for 1 Share.

Based on the Conversion Mode, the ICPS can be converted into new Shares at the Conversion Price in the following manner:
(a) by surrendering for cancellation twenty (20) ICPS for conversion into one (1) new Share
(“Conversion Ratio”) (“Conversion Mode 1”); or

(b) by surrendering for cancellation one (1) ICPS together with a cash payment of RM0.19 for one (1) new Share (“Conversion Mode 2”).

My guess is today ticket will reach 250-255! Huat-ah!!

As said before.... even just for Dividend, much much better than fixed D. Now with special dividend, total Dividend=0.25x2 + 0.0075=1.25sen. The "interest" percentage for ticket@250 is 1.25/25=5%, ticket@270: 1.25/27=4.63%, and if it goes up to 300, still 1.25/30=4.17%.

From the OR, how to subscribe mother? Wonder if the process is troublesome, can it be done 100% online? I had one experience of subscription (ie. In millions: 412 RI@6sen, 5RI for 4 shares, so number of shares=(412/5)x4=330mil.
Last price today 12.5sen, so ex-price=(330x12.5sen+412x6sen)/(412+330)=8.9sen, so round up to 9 sen. Does the market round down? If so, then agree 8.5sen.

About Ptrans, already sold some for profit, but keeping the bulk. My simple logic: As pointed out by sifu kawan here, to turn child to mother is 23.5 sen, so driver wants to drive to 24.5 or 25 sen minimum, also consistent with JoJo's year after year's experience. So, aku tunggu lah, tak payah jual dulu, nanti regret je.....

AlfaI3, I had same question as you, but upon reading the proposals, you will find that it's not a sudden diversion, Asia Poly is a common link as it owns some of both Dolphin and Uncle Don. Uncle Don has expansion plan even into Singapore. The restaurant business is returning even in Singapore, either Dining in, take-out or deliver.
I think this RI will be a success.

There is a formula to calculate the theoretical ex-price after RI. From a previous experience (VSolar), the price moves up from the ex-price, to encourage the subscription of RI....hope the same will happen here. From the price movement of past week, think it will end at .130 or .135? The higher the ending price today, the higher the ex-price tomorrow.
