As I understand it, The minimum scenerio for subscription of number of RI is 273mil RI, max scenerio is 1.32b. Yesterday, 260mil RI changed hand, today 40mil, so total 300mil RI, and the minimum scenerio of Vsolar's goal is achieved, assuming people who bought these RI will subscribe.
