why hupseng price impacted? due to rising costs of wheat = flour to bake and cpo = oil to fry biscuits. Why not consider moving to plantations?

You must be real ignorant to say that @joe... Look at bplant and taann price before they announced and issued dividend vs topglov... Topglov price was already fried up even before they gave out super dividends. Plantations price was low, and now still low.

Go and see what was bplant highest price la.. 75 Sen?? Even u buy at 75 Sen total up the dividend you still get 4.5 Sen dividend lor... That's still a whopping 6%... Now if you take topglov top price which was 20 bucks... With the given dividend... Topglov got give you 1.20 ringgit as dividend to get 6%??

Last year the ibs also predicted cpo would normalize to 2500 by end of 2021... What happened? It's 5k now...

3000 to 3500 is plenty good enough profits for the palm companies who are used to operate at 1700.. It's still 100% profits...

As for esg, palm oil is the single most efficient vegetable oil producing plants. Wanna esg pls esg their canola, soybean and sunflower oil first la...
Also, the largest market for palm are China and India. Also palm oil is also food and necessity for many things.

Cash out to go for recovery stock? Which part of the economy do you see is recovering? Malaysia is not in a good shape now. Constructions so many can't sell and many ghost apartments now. Evergrande in dipshit now.. What makes you think this collosus won't send a tsunami ripple in the construction industry throughout Asia if it collapses?

As a middle income person right now, I am on the edge and I'm sure many others are. I can't afford to spend as savings exhausted during the pandemic. Government budget increased on tax, I really don't see how Malaysias middle class can facilitate a strong recovery if an average Joe like me is having difficulty.

not to mention, if you trace back jtiasa debts, they managed to reduce loans by 250million in 1-2 years.

@vcinvestor I agree they will need to sweat their assets more like what bplant did... but we cant discount that the potential is there... given a strong cpo price, they have the chance to nail a good strong influx of cash..

@vcinvestor why you so worried about the bank borrowings?? Their net asset alone is 1b+ .. undervalued now... if u use the net assets 1b as a point of reference, the share price should be 1.15 dollar for dollar of their net assets...
