Why some bank begin to collapse recently?

One very obvious reason should be the bank can't afford to reduce the interest anymore to rescue the junk investment. They keep asking help from the bank, how can bank survive if the interest rate is let say -0.1% like what happen recently?

If the interest is too low it will be bad for bank to survive, so the interest must increase in this case, this is why during 1998/2008 the bank is given the mandate to protect themselve by increasing interest rate, and throw away every non performing junk investment.

in other words inflation will follow if
1. The fed allow more lending with the same interest rate
2. The fed tighten the lending with the higher interest rate

Deflation if
1. More lending with lower interest rate
Like what happen to Jp and Sg

There is no inflation because the fed reduce the interest rate to allow more money lending without changing the fundamental of the financial system, the inflation will only kick in when the fed tighten up the loan and increase the interest rate, the hyper inflation kick in when the interest is very high.
