I have sold this stock and a few stocks last friday when received Iran news but fork out extra money to repurchase it at slightly higher price on mon-tue as situation is under control. I have double bought this stock and YTL as Charts seem promising. Hopefully good news will come out next month.

Any reason to buy GCB? They are facing cocoa shortage which directly impact their earnings. Do they own any cocoa farm? I find no reason to buy this counter & this is just my personal opinion

I doubt it will be awarded to foreign company otherwise it will be politicized and become a big issue for many years. The current situation does not allow that to happen

What will YTL price be if it wins HSR project? Will it have the capacity to fund the project?

The price is either stagnant or move up slight then move downward

calvintaneng, i sold off my Dayang on 12th March and purchased THPlant following your analysis. Hope i gain more from THPant but yesterday alone lost Dayang opportunity cost of RM0.13

Hippopotamuska, this expected to happen when they cannot privatize the company as some smart people blocked the deal. The only to eat the meat is to bite the meat slowly until it is gone. The same group of people cannot do anything now as they are not major shareholder. You can only watch the meat being beaten slowly and feel the pain

Will Dayang close the 2020 gap down RM2.05 (year 2020) and move higher? Seem the chance of closing the gap is very high and can start looking at this counter for some profit

The warehousing team has really played well when cahoots someone influential. Guess the games of playing that person backside should be done by now. The short covering by some players may return but in full force within this or next week. Dr Y only held 15% of this counter and 50% by another shareholder. My understanding on myairlines news is insignificant to CapitalA. Myairlines took away few flights from AirAsia unless it is more than 10% of AirAsia turnover.

Yippy68, i have purchased SYGroup as they have changed their name and guess they have plans for the company. This is a huge company in Sarawak with lot of businesses (construction, bus transport, petrol station, furniture, trading, property, etc) as i understand from friends. Every quarter with positive result since 2021. The existing chairman and his son took over from previous management as Chairman and Vice Chairman. See that they are continuing making plans for the company. I think it can give me additional RM0.04 earning than waiting for Bplant offer letter. I am just sharing what i am doing after selling Bplant. This is not finance advice or recommendation so do not take this as one.

I remembered someone wrote the valuation of Bplant is much more than RM1.55 by analyzing their assets. Seem that no other invited companies willing to up their offered price for Bplant. Guess it will stay within this price range.

I doubt any revision of price as no much price movement since announcement till now. I will wait for the offer letter but offer price is really to low compared to its real valuation. I have to wait as RM0.05 is couple of thousand RM
