is WE may have positive premium when (1) Big fund know something you don't know or much upside in near future (2) value overshoot mother price- time to take profit
(3) future profit improve but no dividend to be declared (4) downside limited when mother price drop

I think today down is common profit taking for duit raya. those buying at 1.51-1.60 can take handsome profit. Just beware the invisible hand that related to call warrant exercise at 1.65 5 days before 30/6. Take care. if you want to bottom fishing, better buy after raya

C35 sold 80% d. theoretically yes 0.4 if mother reach RM!6. Usually blue chip son is traded with negetive premium. I think 0.35 (5% negetive premium) is reasonable comparative price. will buy back when tenaga c35 settled down at 0.125, hopefully

If there is no news on Tenaga today that can justify the sharp spike yesterday, Tenaga and Tenaga-C35 are likely to tumble down today. You should avoid these 2 securities.
