coming for a contracting line i see a very simple plan for BM.

iwh crec is the master developer
ekovest is the master contractor.
maybe iwcity will be absorbed dunno.

either way iwh needs to be listed to get money. they have land and others. maybe a reverse listing with iwcity?

plus lots of other ppl will need to make money too. listing is the easiest. china can buy listed iwh too.

otherwise how to make money?

IWH CREC portion of BM = 60%
IWH portion of iwh crec consortium = 60%
effective portion of IWH in BM
= 0.6 x 0.6 = 36%

GDV of BM ~ 140Bil
Iwh portion 36% = 0.36 x 140B = 50.4B value

assume 5% profit margin for developers (sikit sikit la)
IWH earning/profit = 0.05 x 50.4B = 2.52B
dunno what is IWH number of shares ..not listed. use Iwcity as reference 837mil shares

2.52B/837mil shares = RM3 earnings per share(EPS) over the life of the project BM

assume P/E ratio = 10x
P = 10 x Eps
P = 10 x 3
P = RM30
price per share = RM30!!!!!

few assumptions:
1) this is for IWH not iwcity. but iwcity is subsidiary of IWH. assume 50% discount, iwcity is still worth rm15 per share!!!
2) 140B GDV of BM was done years back, it could be worth more now
3) 5% profit margin is very little
4) this calculation does not include land owned by IWH/iwcity/ekovest. just purely on BM value
5) this Fair value of BM is for the WHOLE life of the project could be >10years

perhaps market is preceiving ekovest to be a white knight to save iwcity
