This counter share price "Engtex Group" is expected to be up soon even it has been up quietly in the past two week ( pls look at its chart and past few financial results that will make you more confident). My strong point is about RM 20 billion pipe replacement nationwide is expected to take place next year that replacing those our colonial pipe ( English built-pipe left in Malaysia). My opinion and main points: this Company will not miss this golden opportunity (oil price crisis for cheaper acquisition) to acquire oil & gas entity, which might be encountering poor cash flow performane in this oil price crisis, at much lower price in 2 years and 7 months; This oil price crisis is the best opportunity for achieving the Company's acquisition objective.

If the above case is delivered. the share price will be up significantly and it's warrant price will be up even much higher such as double. Otherwise, the warrant price will drop gradually over the next 2 and 7 months "but its warrant price should not be pushed down significantly in the past two weeks" due to it has 2 years plus time left. Roughly, the manipulating players want to accumulate at lower prices for next awaiting price- pushing when petrol price rebound or good news on acquisition progress in the oil price crisis if there is an acquisition by the Company.

Conclusion:
- the Company's share price should be RM0.67 per share (IPO price 0.75 x 90% refund) theoretically. plus the Company's good opportunity of acquiring oil entity;
- it's warrant price should be 12cents (RM0.60 curent price x 20%) due to 2 years and 7 months time left.
- Generally, retail investors thought oil price crisis is bad new for cash-holding and oil company acquisition-target company like " Reach and Sona Petrol". Actually, the crisis is good new and opportunity for these Companies' QA.
Therefore, the Company has better chance to acquire other poor cash flow performance oil & gas companies in the above period.

Finally, those have not bought the Company's share and warrant (this warrant has reasonable risk but good chance for much higher return if the QA is delivered in the period) have golden opportunity to buy them as per Warrant Buffet that buy the shares much lower than actual price for investment such as Reach and Sona Petrol at RM 0.595 and RM 0.40 respectively as oil price crisis is a good impact on these counters;

- Reach's warrants can be bought from at 9 to 9.5 cents for safer strategic play if you have holding power in this month. Good luck !

This company has not acquired any oil company yet. That is meant no impact on this counter and furthermore this company has capital and golden opportunity to acquire other oil & gas company at much lower price. Otherwise, this company need to refund to it shareholders. This is a simple analysis. No more analysis :)

Think about why such long term expiry date of warrant drop so fast; it always based on mother share price . u just monitor it how the manipulating players manupilate the price of the warrant: U don have to worry about it as U have holding power buying low price of the warrant like at 9.5 cents; I am buying them for holding.
