Look like this counter price is still on decrease following over supply of oil in the world due to economy slow down in the world and main players have tough task to substain level of 30 cents. If oil price per barrel breach below USD 80 dollars, sumatec price will drop below 30 cents and proposed right issue at 40 cents is not promising ! Hi friends, there a undervalued and undiscovered property counter, LBI Cap with high EPS of approximately 10 cents, increasing by 100 %, announced last quarter only and there are two property projects to be launched this year !! Furthermore, a main director keep buying a lot of the shares at around RM1.45 to 1.55 in the past one month. There will be ab interim dividend of 5 cents ex on 3 Nov 2014. It is on the rise cause : - 1) EPS of 10 cents last quarter for this RM1.60 counter per share -LBI Cap. 2)5 cents dividend ex on 3th Nov 2014 3)very high GP margin up more than 100% !! Moving up again .. 4)Two more property projects to be launched during this FY and a more than 55% shareholding director still keep buying 5)Very cheap counter like previous MYEG price two years ago despite different business but one is the same as potential growth and! It is moving up !!! Earn more on it and wait and see :)
