Hi friends, other than MYEG, LBI Cap is good property counter with very high EPS of about 10 cents last quarter and 5 cents dividend ex in Nov 2014 !!! Now it is at RM1.56 only on the rise since yesterday as its director as its director has confidently bought a lot shares in the past three weeks. Particularly it's warrant at 0.55 with exercise price of RM1.00 . So zero premium !!! Really good counter !!!! This property company will be launching two more property projects in this year as per announcement pack in last quarter . Good luck !!!

Hi Friend, Despite Mara hold about 15% of Sanichi . Look like main players control buyer and seller in volume. Retail investors are always passive and scared of share price volatiles cause it like yoyo and only main players influence it. Bear in mind that this is a-penny stock and a lot of retail investors play on speculation. There is no free lunch in the market ; if blindly listen to rumors without study on your knowledge or experince then likely loss your hard earned money.

Hi friends ,Just share with other than PDZ, LBI Cap and its warrant are good counters to earn big money as they are cheap with very high EPS of about 10 cents last quarter !!!! Now the mother share is at RM1.51 and its warrant is at RM0.51 with exercise price of RM1.00 !!! Fantastic property counter !!!!

I had bought a bit at RM 0.41 and Wish every investors have higher prices to sell Yeah !!! One counter can be focused on that is LBI Cap warrant as it has very good chance to gain from RM0.50 to RM0.80 in short term as the mother share at RM1.50 now has very high EPS of about 10 cents.
