Some News, Cimb Group is proposing 10% shares buyback so EPF no longer
has to support Cimb. So I think EPF money will be channel to support Maybank and RHB.

Dear GoodGuess, My remiser said even OskH is small for local Fund manager's food plate.
PJDev is even smaller (cap vice) and construction industry is downgrade until 2017. So
there is no hope of getting support from local fund managers. The Only group interested
in PJDev are syndicate(s). But they have to check whether they are allowed to play Ah Huat
companies Or not. Right now they are testing Ah Huat's moods.

I don't see the Azmin & Co actually see themselve as loser. I see the people of Selangor and me as the real loser. First time in office already spending like a prince. From what I heard the
2 precedent are unsurmountable obstacles. If the Selangor State don't back down, the deal
drag on.

Water Restructuring cannot resolve water shortage. Water shortage/too much is caused
by El Nino and El Nina which repeat itself every 2 -7 years. Puncak should be proactive
in dealing with water distribution and control its uses (squarely on Puncak shoulder).
In order to shoulder this burden Puncak should be receiving New tariff but as we all know
Selangor Gov is dragging its feet. At the end, ppl of selangor suffer. So this restructuring is basically for Selangor to wrestle back the distribution and Control of water resources. Whether Selangor Gov can resolve water crisis is another problem. B'cos Langat 2 completion is 3-4 years away ( maybe will not daylight for a long time)

The Fed Dept rarely relinquish the "Golden Vote" policy. It is in All GLC. Even in Syabas
which is Umno friendly. Now the negotiating Table is been hijacked by Fed and States Dept,
with politicans taking jabs at each others from the ring side. This is a 4 parties fight.
How it is going to end? Are there more problems cropping out?
People who know the problems has told me the best solution/fast solution is thru the

If you look back at price trend in OskP & PJDev, you will see exactly 80 cents gained in a short time frame. Coincident maybe. But to me, day traders don't have this type of financial
strength and Ah Huat is too stingy to give you this type of profit.

It would be better if the delay is caused by Puncak. But I already discovered PKR has tanked
everythings with Fed including Puncak deal. If ALL PKR members ask for retaliation, then
retaliation would begin. If Azmin is in the way, he will be removed as Khalid has found out
the hard way. Anwar's wife is NOT in good terms with Azmin, so Azmin will avoid a confrontation
with her. As I see it from here, most likely the Splash deal will be completed first before Puncak
has a chance. What Fed is willing to offer Splash will depend on how hard cronies's pressure
on Najib. Langat 2 is now officially a jail mate with Anwar. It will be a mess for atleast 6 months
