I think we would know what Ah Huat actually wants After the merger. First he wants to take
OskH & OskP private, now he merges All 3 together in a matter of 6 months--
Construction company are not earning Good money nowadays b'cos there too many GLC
linked Co. with huge capital. All the Good meat are taken by them. Good land bank command
huge premium therefore profit margin are much lower now

I think OskH can hit 2.15 today. B'cos RHB can hit 8.25 based on small volume. Really don't
mess around with EPF. One day RHB can go down to 8.00 and next day hit 8.25.
EPF is protecting Maybank / RHB and CIMB b'cos 1MDB is really in a mess now

In 2013 April when market talks about OskH merging OskP & PJDev, OskP is averaging RM1
and PJDev is averaging 0.80 cents(multi years). Actually it is Ah Huat accumulation of OskP
& PJDev shares that resulted today price of both counters. Poor Ah Huat is made the devil
by PJDev's shareholders ( I am NO friend of Ah Huat but just looking back at Share price)

Minority Shareholders in PJdev don't have to convert if not satisfy. Only Ah Huat will
convert( All 31.7%) But 31.7% of PJDev's profit will be sucked into OskH. Been a small
company, PJdev will have to raise capital from OSKH(cheaper), and I don't know what
type of collateral they will put up. But I know slowly PJDev will be swallowed b'cos
Construction company will face very strong headwind in 2015-2018

in Ampang area And some how I directed the attention to Puncak deal. My conclusion is
9 Feb will be a day that come and go with no news.( unless a annoucement is make on 6 Feb)
Umno is trying to show everythings are up and running But PKR is blowing Water Bubble and
pushing papers around Office. Anyway Pipes and Dam ownership are Old issue - recycled
to pressure PKR to expedite land approval for Langat 2. PKR is waiting for Anwar's decision
And Splash New evaluation. Furthermore PKR is tanking on 6 Elevated Highways that cost
16.13 Billion. So Puncak deal is a small compare to others.

Pipings usage and valuations(discrepancy) have been known for sometimes. Why bring this
issue up so suddenly? Ownership is just a piece of paper ( can be challenge in courts).
