managed to trade this counter overnight for profit at peak last year's february.

for this time, privatization or not, I dare to say the counter would have enough fundamental potential to break 0.84 and stay above after going through another 3 QR of satisfying good EPS, justifying to go higher than PE 5 albeit still no good dividend policy

also remember the expired 20 sen iculs? actually nothing gone wrong with the company since then, IMAGO MALL is just as good as expect, and will continue to be no1 mall in Sabah for long time to come, I say this as a Sabahan that regularly visit IMAGO MALL. don't believe what I say, simply go visit it's facebook page and see it's comparable to west Malaysia top Malls' seasons' decorations. They don't do that if the mall is not that frequently visited and unable to easily regains the cost of building them up.

Hope so, won't take profit too fast this time, it has been staying bottom low for quite sometime already

btw just another fact for thought, this counter started with ipo of 20 sen, after listed for so many years and retained profits of 52.8sen (mostly the form of a built up top 1 shopping mall in Sabah that can continuously generate reits kind of profits), which make it's current book value worth total of 72.8 sen.

then, after all of this accomplishment, the company now traded at half the price of it's IPO? so bad, so hard to believe, but then this is such a hard to get chance to buy ASIAPAC at half it's IPO price after all the accomplishment and retained profits!

Company's NTA is almost twice prior to 2020's uptrend rally, cashflow is now so much stronger now following the great gains from the peak freight rate of the following years. Company is also keen in enlarging their current business capacity while not venturing into other uncertain or not their specialist sectors. With such fundamental and current prospect of freight rate, I think company at least worth it's previous peak at 1.5 ++ few years ago

topped more again at 1.14. anticipating satisfying capital gains, if not also great dividend payout following a few great EPS from related upcoming QR

sold off 1st at 0.945 while oil price is slight lower than the time of my entry, while there is good profit to lock. overally the counter still good for me, will reenter if given opportunity.

go see MCEHLDG result, it is good, proving that this autopart industry is indeed doing good now overally, but APM still better. Especially in term of fundamental undervalue. MCEHLDG price already traded above NTA, although EPS wise it is quite encouraging, so if you are interested with MCEHLDG, why not invest in APM instead for better opportunity (65% NTA discount!!) hehe

sold all at 0.705 today, overally good capital gain profit at before profit lock plus good dividend bonus. nothing bad with this counter but need cash to buy more undervalued HARBOUR and good prospect APM

43% NTA discount is also a great reason to have this share at this moment and price.

finally reentered this counter again at RM1.10 today (last round leave at RM1.20 with little profit) , good opportunity now consider freight rate already at it's lowest level regular level, hardly goes lower consider the consistent demand. company own's prospect review through recent QR is positive, I did put a few trust to them at this. some more with previous retained huge profits, the company is operating at net cash balance with net positive finance income. The net current assets after minus total liabilities is RM1.05 per share, which is assume is the bottom price under this fundamental for at least short or mid term.

at DPS of merely only 6 sen and at current price, DY is already sitting above ASB's 5.25% DY.

6 EPS is fairly easily achievable with this company refering to it's good previous performance.

PE below 10 can be maintained easily if company can sustain 4 EPS per QR

besides, this company is now operating at strong cash balance with net finance income, if EPS sustain for foreseeable future price can easily rise consistently back to it's former height

gave up waiting for more discount, just bought in a few at 2.37 today, will top up more if can get more cash from other counters, seems like profit taking is over and few willing to sell at lower price, price outburst is anytime considering prospect of this industry is good with the rise of EV in Malaysia.

EPS doesn't seems to be one hit wonder at this point. this company has good chance to perform and back to it's former glory era during 2009 to 2014, somemore this company is very generous at giving out dividend even during bad times

sold all at 1.21 (good little profit overall), too much reliance on GOLD price, need cash to invest other industries that has better market prospect at this time, will revisit this counter if there is better opportunity and timing
