They converted most of the Singapore condo units into serviced apartments early this (as usual no announcement) i.e. no more sales risk and should be able to clear the debt if they offload it later to REIT ot whatever and now it is best time to steal the company before the asset monetization....As usual, minorities are getting short-changed again....30% stake in Sentul land also worth RM252m (vs YTL Land's mkt cap of RM300m now), which was what YTL Land paid in 2016!!! Massively undervaluing the company...
