1. earning visibility is very vague at this point of time.
2. barrier to entry is much lower than you think. You think myeg takes years to perfect the bugged system. I'd call it a failed system. Try market your bugged software and have people keep keying in data 5 to 6 times just to get it pass.
3. competitive advantage as sole e-gov service provider is severely challenged under LGE's open tender system. No more crony contracts. Just look at who is sitting in the list of substantial shareholders and you know what content this company is made of.
4. call it a tech company? give me a break. Anyone who can do slightly advanced programming language, e.g. Ruby on Rails, Phython, just link between website platform, backend server, and public, and you have a online website running.

ya...charge RM1900 per foreign head and call it economies of scales....

reason why i wont buy (and you shouldn't buy too)
1. rosmah-linked. Substantial shareholder. Very substantial. See AR for yourself.
2. e-gov contract is very fluid, and barrier to entry to very low. Unlike what is claimed, just few programming software is needed to run the whole website liaising between the platform, gov, and public.
3. easy money, and easy cut from gov fiscal policy perspective. Just open tender the e-gov service to anyone who is more capable for lesser bucks. Guess the next earning report for myeg yourself.
