ESOS, offered 548m to employees on 11/12/19 at 15.9c. Today, kanger announced another ESOS offer of 548m (same volume as the previous one) at 11.02c. Is the offer on 11/12/19 being re-offer at lower price? If not, then y they can offer 2x within 3 months. No wonder Wu Wai Kong selling down the stock like no tomorrow as he alone will get 100m shares at 11.02c. Need clarity from the company on its ESOS practices.

Could that be one of the reason the auditor change?

major comparison with US SS is that they can SS wout owning shares but not msia.
Msia bursa restrict to 4% of pd up capital.

However, US SS must buy back if the margin exceeds 140%, i.e. current price exceed the SS price by 40%. This created snowball effect to the Gameshop shares that shot up gila2.

looks like the RSS will go slow towards end Feb as they are almost filling the quota of 4%.
moreover March will start with new daytrade SS, new competition. also qtrly march reporting shall incl dividend which is addtl cost to RSS.

So, expect more volatility n buying soon by RSS.

Shorties need not buy back immediately to cover position as the interest cost to borrow is insignificant compared to the gain when market dropped due to external factors. Low dividend declared also does not harm them much. Market is too volatile.

Cautious trading. Tomorrow will be a mix of ystd purchase due & newly joined group of MCO retailers.

if kossan order is booked until end 2021, it means the price n deposit has been paid until 2021. no way the price can go lower until end 2021 n definitely there is an upwards revision asp clause for these bookings.
moreover, the immediate order asp has been always much higher than exstg booked order. not much allocation left.
