ok, let's take a 'wild wild guess' - just for fun only...

We (owners) want to do privates placement of about 40 million shares. Do we want to do it at a higher price or lower price? If I were the buyers, I would like to buy the share at the lowest price possible, right? So, what should we do? Alright, let's push the price down as low as possible to an extend where almost everyone goes away; but we have to be careful of not pushing it too low; otherwise, some people might just take the opportunity to accumulate a lot of cheap shares.

Now the share price is low enough...ding dong...ding dong around 20, 21, 22, 22, 23, 24 cents for quite a while, which is the all time low by the way. All those small fishes should be gone by now. It's about time to do the private placement and keep the price at around 20 cents. On the average we (owners + BIG DEALER !!!) spend less for buying all the shares from the private issued.

So, when will be the best time to make some $$$? well, since all parties are ready now? let's push the share price up a little bit to test the market....just testing...testing...we plan to gradually push it up a Little..then pull back a little...up a little...back a Little... then again up a little...

And one day...by market wills....We will do something "BIG" to make lots of $$$ together...but it might take some times, since market sentiment is weak now...let's take it slow...Not a good time yet.....

Commissioning of New Plant

3 Wellcall’s new plant includes 7 new Mandrel hose production lines and 1 new Spiral hose
production line. These are expected to raise monthly production capacity of Mandrel hoses
in terms of linear metre per shift (‘LMS’) from currently 185,000 LMS to 279,000 LMS of
Mandrel/Spiral hoses.

Two Banbury compounding machines have also been installed into the
new plant for compound mixing of raw materials. These machines will allow Wellcall to bring
back compounding works which are currently outsourced, and in doing so, enable better
control over quality of materials and cost savings.

There is still room for further expansion in the new plant, which Wellcall is only expected to
plan for in the near future. Near term, the Company will continue to extend its reach to
existing and new markets to drive growth. There will also be greater emphasis on R&D to
innovate new products and enhance product quality to strengthen its offerings in its already
diverse application markets.

Don't ask me why, just another 50% discount sounds good to me personally, no offence. Everything is possible should there be anything unusual happen. it might be down-trending even further from the current price if they have no new projects to bring in some 'lights'
