ok, just to clarify and make things a bit easier to understand, suppose closing price of HUPSENG still remains at $6.7 on 1st April after 27th march 8 cents dividend.

Now after 2nd April:

1). 1 : 3 bonus share and
2). 5 : 1 split

therefore,
1). average price per share after 1 : 3 bonus share is approximately equal to ($6.7 x 3 shares)/(1+3)= $5.025

2.) average price per share after 5 : 1 split is approximtely equal to ($5.025 / 5) = $1.005 (Opening price on 7th April, monday)

Hi, How is the Future of SUNREIT and IGBREIT, any recommandation for medium to long term

more than 500 milions shares traded for the last 8 days, average prices 0.245 ~ 0.25, anything lower will be resulting supports from the bottom. The company mighjt be doing badly but 0.22 or 0.23 would make a big difference if the volume is huge (short selling), there are always people buying and selling.

Down is the word, but how much is the key..

First of all, let’s pray for the people on board of the MAH370. What has happened to the people on board?

Who owns MAS? Which agencies have the biggest share? Who are the heads of these agencies?

1. If you know a company keeps losing money (big money) and the bosses let it be? Don’t you think it is a bit unreasonable?

2. Why did they let the share price sliding all the way down to 0.xxx ? What are the motives behind?

3. How did the losses accumulate and where did the money go?

4. How does a company with such a big losses and terrible performance could still operate? Why did they let it continue and ‘eat” the tax-payer money?

5. Do you think that our government is incapable of finding someone to turn the 'head' of the MAS around (upward)?

6. Do you think MAS has the ability to duplicate Air Asia success? Why don’t they do it?

7. Do you think MAS can go back to where it’s used to be?

8. Will the bad news aggravate and eventually become the last straw on the camel’s (MAS) back?

9. Will the MAS share price drop when the market opened on Monday (10th March 2014)? How far will it drop?

10. Do you plan to catch the falling knifes if there is any? How long do you intend to play the game?

@Mat, it is great talking to you, the main reason for dumping the whole thing in Reit was due to poor health back then. I had a major surgery done with 99% recovery, 1% to go - gaining weight, need to reduce!

Thinking the REITs would hold up better in comparison with the others since I wasn't in the position to monitor the trade; however, fortunately it is under control so far.

We will be doing better no doubt with you advices. Cheers

To be honest, one of the main reasons for me to stick around is reading your postings. Your posts have always grabbed my attention when I do the quick surfing through the site. The fact that you always like to share you opinions, your feelings towards certain perspectives has enlightened many peoples’ thoughts, I believe there are many out there would agree with what I have just mentioned. As per the investment, just for sharing purposes, I dumped the whole thing into the REITs prior to the fourth quarter of 2013. Oh, man! I lost a whole bunch but gained some ground through the dividends but still roughly 25k down from a capital of 370k. It looks like I need another year to make it EVEN (not including the ‘opportunity costs’ as per the accounting purposes) again through the dividends at the current trends.

With all due respect, would you please enlighten us on the share price of WTK Holding; why the share price keeps dropping as shown in the diagram but the company has posted good financial data on the paper? Why there is no dividend for year 2011?

I have noticed that ever since the OCBC Bank bought some 23 to 26 million shares, the price started dropping commencing June 2012.

As an investor, I would appreciate if you could somehow forward this email to the Board of directors should my questions are out of your scope of duty. I am sure the honourable BODs are more than capable of elucidating our concerns.

It will go up one day but I seriously doubt the possibility of going up to 0.08-0.09 sometimes next week as you have mentioned. If it will go up to even 0.08, I will sell mine ..promise! hahaha

I believe Mr. Lim will win the election in Penang no doubt; however, if he promises to build more affordable housings to accomodate for the low income families for the next 20 years, he will rule penang for the next 20s.
