Insas isn't really finance counter, it's campur-campur counter.

If Ah Thong attempts to privatize Insas now then Insas no chance go to 60 ringgit.

If Ah Thong wants to privatize he would exercise all his warrants.

Industry sources told StarBiz the demand for sale of AmBank’s shares have been overwhelming as the upsize portion of the shares (7.5%) have been fully sold in view of the quality of the bank and its good potential going forward.
“Around 80% to 85% of the buyers are Malaysian “long only funds” like institutions like pension funds, insurance companies etc. The remaining are primarily Asian funds, followed by funds from Europe and the United States,” the source added.

Sarawak obviously want to control Affin but it's not certain yet whether Sarawak will emerge as largest single shareholder. The percentage to be sold may be less than the speculated 25%.

Quick, buy Insas, two ringgit coming, haha.

Learn from what's happening to Ambank now. Affin's market price will align to the price LTAT will sell to Sarawak. Based on leaked documents the price was agreed as 2.40 back in December but new Defence Minister isn't happy with such low price. Possibly now is either Sarawak pays 2.60 or the deal is not going to be approved.

Leno went missing from May 2022 and only reappeared in January 2024. Someone actually thought she has perished in a plane crash but she was actually hiding as Insas share price drifted to below 80 sen during that period. Recently Leno has gone missing again. We need Leno back for Insas to assault 1.25 to 1.30 again. Leno, come back, we love you.

The beggar told me the two promoters convinced him that Insas is deeply under value guaranteed cannot lose and will go up to above RM5 because got Ah Tong, Ah Chong, Ali, Abu, Bala, Raja all buying to take over Insas.

I have a heartbreaking story to tell. Just now I was walking along a road and saw this old beggar at a pavement. I stopped to enquire and the beggar told me he lost all his money in Insas following two oromoters' advice. He had bought beyond his means at average price of RM1.28 on margin and his shares were forced sold and now he has ended begging in the streets.

Anyone here knows Warren Buffett personally?
2024-03-07 11:21 | Report Abuse
One fine day Warren Buffett will stumble upon our Insas forum and he will realize that Insas is the most unvalued company in the whole wide world and, and, and ...... behold he will launch a hostile takeover. 60 ringgit no longer a dream.

Don't forget Insas has moats, moats are water surrounding a fortress, in tropical countries like ours moats usually breeds mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are worth their weight in gold.

@MrSslee, Thong as substantial shareholder still needs to report his dealings in Insas shares but NOT in warrants.

@MrFox, there's no such thing as a long term investment. Let your winners run and once ran far enough it would be time to take profits.

On 15 January, a director of Insas sold off all his 331,500 Insas-WC at 0.385. This shows the director himself doesn't think Insas share price could stay beyond RM1.29. If a director himself has no faith of Insas .......

MrSslee, don't get too attached to Insas. Just treat it now as a risk free investment which can give you superior returns.

@rlch , already reached 2.60 and is now higher than Affin. Thank you for your recommendation.

Angry people who don't have Insas shares have Insas-WC instead. If Insas share price falls below 90 sen the warrants will be out of money. The clock is ticking, tick tock tick tock.

Since Insas is very deeply undervalued and the recent results good why has not been as mass buying?
2024-03-06 20:35 | Report Abuse
Before the quarterly results was released Insas closed at 1.19, despite reporting a good results Insas has fallen to 1.07 now. Why is that so?

I will only sell when Insas goes to 59 ringgit.
2024-03-06 20:29 | Report Abuse

2024-03-06 20:26 | Report Abuse

About a year ago when Insas was struggling at around 80 sen level for long periods the net short selling position of Insas shares was around 5 million. Today it's zero.

Most of the 74 million shares were in the hands of Sharks who over the next several weeks offloaded them to water fish.

On 15th and 16th January Insas trading volume for those two days exceeded 74 million which is more than 10% of Insas total shares. At that time the rumours was that someone was collecting Insas shares to attempt a hostile takeover bid. However, no one emerged as a new substantial shareholder.
