If you can gather shareholders who collectively own at least 2% or 2.5% (can't remember the exact percentage) of the total shares, you can propose a resolution (such as a special dividend for 67.5 sen) to be put forth for voting in a General Meeting but you must give sufficient notice in writing to the Company. It's s bit too late now.

According to MLab's latest QR, the Company has utilized RM7 million from the proceeds raised from the rights issue on a next generation mobile application which is now at advance stage of development and will be launched in the current financial year ending 31/3/2020.

Looks like Ekovest gonna open limit up, will probably sell half of my Ekovest-WB.
