If SMRT abort the deal, Creador will most likely has to find another education expertise to joint venture in the take over or abort the deal, since Creador are just a bunch of savvy analysts who could offer a good road map for the merger to strengthen SMRt position in Edu business, but will nee to rely on SMRT to execute the plan.

So only a successfully merger will benefit MEGB/SMRT/Creador in the long run.

Unless there are good news coming in due course else Mpay is purely a speculating counter..

Visit GHL counter and look at how the management is increasing the e-payment pie in the e-payment space you will note the difference btw this two counters......

To be frank , Mpay was my very first investment into e-payment space.....

I made a few rounds last time following madiba actions but I am a bit worry that since the management of the company is also frying the stock at the same time we might get ourself burnt one day.....

Who is in a better position to know the timing to buy and to dispose the stock , Mr. Chew or Madiba ? I think it gonna take just one trade to loose all the profit from the multiple trade that you made if you are not careful enough....

If you are already in this counter , you will have to trust madiba....

Zul:- I have no vested interest in Mpay at the moment. I am watching this counter as I am heavily vested in GHLsys and Mpay is in the same nature of business.........
Due to the last round of sell down by the CEO I am a bit skeptical to re-enter at the moment....

For the cases of those who stuck at a high of 29c, if they plan to stick on to this stock, the only way out is average down and wait for uptrend......

I believe before it goes back up to 29c , a lot of folks would have taken profit prior to this level as it is already a hefty 40~50% profit for them.....

If do not plan to accumulate like the Romans do at current level, then the other way round is to cash out and buy alternative counter that they believe in.....
