The share price will certainly fall after div payout so that the owner can collect again. Company is making monies through company business and equity. @Billionhair: I am not sure , had not been following Siltera for a long long time. I can see the reason why there is news about Inari buying over Siltera, since Avago , Inari major customer had bought over LsiLogic recently. This might be a strategic move as mentioned in the article, it could also be an alliance.

I think the current share price is reflecting last year div yield 5 cents.
For the stock to climb further there need to be some good news or better div yield.
