That's the problem, the only announcement saying 6 sen is yesterday's one. On 28th Feb, and in the QR, these 2 stated that 6% of issued share capital.

Only that one announcement yesterday Bursa put 6 sen per share. The other announcements indicated 0.6 sen.

Yep, exactly. Sometimes the way the 'sen' is written can be confusing. 1 sen =RM 0.01, 0.6 sen= RM0.006. 6 sen=RM0.06.

Neither of those values. As per the 6% issued share capital, should be 0.6 sen. Just like the 2nd March 2016 announcement. Less than 1 sen per share but still, they give dividends.

there were some news about OPEC wanting to meet the US shale producers if I recall correctly. Will link it here if I manage to find it. Hopefully it will happen and produce something good. If not, all those extra cuts by the OPEC will be gone with the wind.

Par value is still used as a reference of some sort, for private placement, dividends etc. Hehe my guess is, there is an incoming amendment because the wording in the latest dividend announcement is wayyyyyyy different than the previous one.

6%= 0.06

6% of par value = 0.06 x 0.1 = 0.006 cents, which is a bit more than half a cent.

Hopefully no amendment :O . That's as high as some of dividends given out by the RM4-RM5 stocks!

Better check, last year was 6% of RM0.10 share par value.

If you are a shareholder, can try just shoot an email to bursa. Explain to them the situation and just ask them to probe wintoni. If you spend some time reading their previous announcements, this kind of delay happened a few times already. Not a good company if you ask me. Still, as shareholders, you have your rights.

Remember, they cannot sell the private placement shares for less than par value :)

In fact, after a quick scan of their quarterly reports summary, never in a quarter of a financial year, their revenue exceeded RM2.2 million. Most quarter reported less than a RM1 mill revenue. Keeping this on my watch.

For me, the delivery of equipment demonstrated an attractive revenue. If they can keep this up with a few more customers..definitely a jump of an improvement from a RM61k revenue from the last quarter.

1star as long as these kind of news are not accompanied with official figures, bursa announcements, or improving quarterly reports, don't take them as the reason to buy. The most recent one, is the kind of news that should be taken seriously.

As for the warrant, from my observation, from the 190mill units that changed hands, 88.1 mill happened at 0.225. Still, mother need to move to motivate son to move.

If no new announcements related to QR until after 7 PM today, then most likely there'll be no QR and Wintoni will be suspended. What will happen is you cannot buy/sell (trade). Hence your money is stuck there.
It will not get delisted just yet since the latest news regarding the MoU might extend its life. It will only resume trading when Bursa SC has received their 4th QR.
