I agree with Ant's comment. At the moment, most people will wait to see whether these OnG companies are making reasonably good money or not in the current climate or if the next reported figures can give hints of future profits.

To the trapped ones, hopefully the dividend can buffer any sell down.

Technology companies rarely have high NTA. But as per my previous comments, I'm keeping a close watch on this one. PP is a great way to raise funds. No need to add debt/borrowings.

We are now in a 'no par value' era so should be Share capital reduction.

At the moment, I'm not so sure. They are retaining the surplus after the elimination of losses for future purposes and not giving back to shareholders. So..that might affect some of the fundamental aspects positively.

Haha dude, remember Cuscapi are still bringing in revenue. The FY2016 showed that they are still bringing 9-11 million revenue in every quarter. So operational/overhead cost is still covered. Just need to find a way to bring more money in or reduce whatever cost.

What you should wonder is how there are still companies which are still listed but their revenue is even less than RM100k per quarter :) .

According to him the rounding bottom is formed already. Uptrend starts somewhere in January 2017. Before that it has been sideways since Aug 2015. It got through the resistance at 0.26. Some might see a cup and handle.

Agreed with Tai KT. To those who compared notion-wb to this, when I looked at the history, notion mother started to trend up convincingly and strongly in late Dec 2016. The warrant only moved drastically mid of March 2017 when the mother touched RM1 which is its exercise price.
If you got burnt, maybe take a time out from bursa and re trace your steps and improve.

If you are happy with the fundamentals, and future prospect, chill only. The next known catalyst that will push the price to move big will be a beautiful QR. It's better for them to stagger the positive development along the financial year :).

Someone I know who's into technical analysis told me that the pattern "rounding bottom/saucer" formed in the weekly chart for Cuscapi is really really 'beautiful'. Just waiting its turn to shine. Sharing because I thought I saw it moved just now.

faizal, that's last year's story. After that, presumably, they are trying to fix the company before the take over. Hence "The Proposals" which include private placement and the share capital reduction. The latest one, the 1st QR for fy2017 was announced on the 30th Dec 2016.

We are probably close to the latest QR announcement after the share capital reduction which should wipe the company's losses clean. Watching this closely.

Yes, that's the psychology that I had in mind. A big gulp and that's that. No effort to block, or to choke. Just followed by day punters who probably ran off after 1-2 bid profit.

I won't discount the logic because the price jump in one day was too big and too sudden and short-lived if compared to other purely goreng stocks which usually move 0.015-0.025 in one day.

crazy...first there was the catalyst to push price up, and another to bring price back down...and now another one to most likely push it back up again...Congrats to the winners!

We'll see after a year or two. I hope the love is not just because they want their ideas/beliefs to win for the sake of winning but also because of the real positive effects.

I don't know newbie, pray that those who drove the price up have some mercy and maybe push the price back up a bit to release the trapped ones. As for trading ideas, there's a few articles around which suggested some ideas based on fundamental or technical analysis and then there's the ideas from your banks.

It's unfortunate to see what's taking place in the OnG after a few months of getting our hopes high. But as the wise says, don't fall in love with your stock.

If you scroll through their history..in Feb 2016, the resumption of trading was announced after they submitted their delayed QR. There was one time, it was resumed after 2months. So it's up to Bursa now that Wintoni has done their part.

The 10% discount is what Bursa says is allowed. So it's normal. Such misleading title.
