That was not an MoU, the one from Felcra was a letter of interest to acquire KFM.
2017-04-13 09:24 | Report Abuse
MoU is not fake, just that MoU is not a legally binding document. Meaning, if any party decides wants to pull out, no legal repercussion for them. That's the risk. Plus like lclwyp said, today is T+3 and tomorrow is T4 still, so most likely, contra players will be squeezed first.

I'm not denying about the returns, but warrant holders are not really stock holders of a company. Hence they are not entitled to benefits, dividends, agm etc. It's not wrong though, if you entered low, you profit the most. Nowadays people are more informed, back in those days, it's not as easy as today to get details on stocks. Thousands of blogs/articles about investing can be obtained just by googling.
Edited.

and spend some time to read the prospectus please and ask your remisier, ...If you read and got confused, that's acceptable in my opinion but if you don't even know what you bought, I don't know what to say.

For Dnex, just identify a good entry point and let it sleep. If you entered and every day hopes for a limit up, man, that's tiring. The thought is nice but up to you. 3-4 cents increament per week is a lot already. Based on current price, nearly 6%. Grateful grateful.

Oh 1 more, they could be shareholders who got the OR for free and wanted to make some quick bucks and not intending to subscribe.
2017-04-12 13:40 | Report Abuse
They either didn't know or wanted to punt before understanding what OR is.

LOL I don't know. I can't predict the market and the market maker. They might want to squeeze more out of speculators or they might do whatever. I would keep my eyes and ears open for any contracts awarded related to the DFTZ etc though.

Hehe, if you wanna buy based on fundamentals, very few penny stocks that might suit a strong set of fundamental requirement :), let alone below RM0.1. A company that is turning around will still somewhat show weak values here and there but gives hint of growth. There's a lot of sifus who wrote blogs on here and can give them a read.

It's tri-party MoU now. This one, they are bringing in another company to join the Rapidcloud one. So most likely they are on to something.

Another MoU announcement guys, Kgroup is really pushing to grab new opportunities I think

because this is a very cheap stock, sharks accumulated a lot when it was far cheaper. Now they got a lot of moves on their side. The day between tomorrow until 20th April, the game will probably be different.

Exercise price for warrant A is RM0.1, so that is also money in the bank if mother price is way above RM0.1. Interesting game.

rmkfac100812 Heya..good morning!
Pern1228, yes you are. Cannot remember about half subscribe if you can get half of a warrant B. Exercise price for warrant B is 0.05 only. That's why I thought kgroup wanted to capitalise on the MoU and support mother price at certain level.
人生几何 ~ 尽情博吧 , oh well, if that's how you think, then let it be lah. All of us haven't proven anything here haha.

Yes. If you don't, anything you can do to improve it?
I'm too lazy to dig through law acts and such, but if you want to, check that document about the rights issue page 10, pretty sure that the whole document itself is a proof of the commitment of the entities involved and can be used against them if need be.
2017-04-10 23:30 | Report Abuse
Eh, no he cannot sell. There's a certain period, until entitlement date at least. Try searching for it in the document, pretty sure I came across it.
Come to think of it, with the sentiment on their side, if mother price increases to a certain level, everyone will want to subscribe and/or exercise either the -or, -wa or the upcoming -wb in May. More money for them.

kgroup-OR is given to shareholders whose name appear on the shareholder list on the 29th March 2017. They can sell it or they can pay exercise price to become mother before closing date 20th April 2017.
lclwyp, as per kgroup's announcement dated 31 Mar 2017, on the Entitlement date, 29th March 2017, the number of issued and fully paid up share is 819,054,853. So I'm assuming, this is the rights issue that is in the market now. Now we are waiting for the number of RI that will be subscribed before closing date of 20th April 2017.
As per announcement dated 29th March 2017, the minimum money intended to be raised, RM10 million is already covered by Dato' Goh by subscribing to 200 million RI.

" A cloud service is any service made available to users on demand via the Internet from a cloud computing provider's servers as opposed to being provided from a company's own on-premises servers."

shunfeng2032, what's the joke? Kgroup's subsidiary signed an MoU with RapidCloud Malaysia, which is the reseller for Alicloud in Malaysia. They want to achieve something within this 30days. Alicloud is in the top 10 list of cloud services provider in the world. They want to be a threat to Amazon's Web Services.

mamatede, Alipay is taking quite a chunk of market in China (even more than the common credit cards we know!), in fact based on what I've read so far, amongst the reasons why they in China prefer Alipay is because of the protection it offers. There's a lack of consumer protection law there. The Wechat pay is a close competitor.
The world's largest population is in China, with over 1.4 billion people. So it's only normal if more and more parts of the world are trying to grab this potential buyers/tourists. Malaysian population is about 41 million. Even if we intend to tap let's say 1% of the population total, that would be 14 million. About 1/3 of our population already. If more and more of our merchants accepts Alipay, we can probably be exposed to more than just 1% of 1.4 billion.
I'm not suggesting anything. We should all study and then decide.

Well they got the hot sentiment on their side (Alibaba++), increasing foreign fund confidence, if they don't use this to their advantage, I don't know lah.
2017-04-10 09:29 | Report Abuse
pullback because of punters. If they let it fly, I'm not sure how high it could go. Given the price, the sentiment, influx of foreign funds, higher than 0.12 shouldn't be a problem..

I'm opened to possibilities. But, at the moment, Jack Ma = Alibaba = Alipay and Jack Ma is Malaysia's newly appointed digital economy advisor. So slim chance WeChat Pay will come here and establish a foothold the likes of Alipay/Alibaba will.

King7, we can speculate a lot of things :) if you want answer or answers. One of them is the ChronoFund's answer. Well, we only know what they share with the public. But that is ChronoFund's idea alone as far as I know.
Other answers, the entities that sold their share at RM1, their costs were around RM0.35 per share bought in 2014. So after so long, who would have thought the price would climb to around this level? RM1 offer, RM0.65 profit, nearly 200% gain, who wouldn't find that lucrative?
I won't deny the profit from this venture will not show instantly, or in the near future, but that's where the game is. The offeror knows that, investors will have very little fact/proven values to grasp on so that they can decide what the price should be based on potentials alone.
All we know is Ghlsys got a very clear list of objectives and they look really capable of achieving them.
Fun fact to know (no need to relate to ghlsys), Alibaba's price on the NYSE is USD108.99 per share. They plan on lPO for Alipay but don't know yet when and where. Latest development was, late 2017.

The wa is dirt cheap O.O . About 15 months until maturity and exercise price is RM0.1 only. This reminds me of Notion and Notion-wb. Notion-wb jumped really2 high even when 1 month close to maturity because mother moved beautifully.

At the moment? I don't know, if I got in low, (less than Rm0.1 !) I would like to ride as long as I could. Along the way to achieving higher targets, there will be retracements and such but if I got in low, those shouldn't bother me.

I won't deny that possibility. I like the eagerness shown in the MoU for example :
"DISB and RAPIDCLOUD agree that commencement of concrete and finite negotiations on the working relationship of the collaboration be finalised within 30 days of this MOU" .
Rapidcloud Malaysia is already an established Alibaba sales partner.

Today is T+3 for Monday buyers, forced selling will most likely happen tomorrow. IF don't sell, paper loss. If sold, then realised loss.
Warrant B's exercise price will be RM0.05 so I don't think mother price will go lower than that.
